Character Creation
Here I will explain the different types of characters.
Contractor - Devoid of emotion. The most common of the power beings. When one becomes a contractor it is said that person enters a contract with Hell's Gate and looses the ability to feel others. This leaves then cold and ruthless, able to kill without mercy or restraint. The power of the contavter could be anything, usualy something that breaks fundimental rules of the physical world. Freezing touch, reverse gravity and the ability to tranmute matter are examples of this. When a contactor uses thier ability, afterwards they must perform an obeisance. An obeisance is very close to an OCD ritual and a contractor MUST do it everytime the power is used. They may be as simple as folding dog ears into every page in a book or placeing pebbles in a pattern on the ground. However since the contractor cannot choose thier obeisance, they may be forced to do somthing they do not like to do. Such as a nonsmoker smoking, or breaking one's fingers.
Doll - Devoid of personality. A doll is no more than a shell of a human. Used as tools by contractors, dolls are unable to take action unless given an order. Not dumb however, dolls are logiclly thinking creatures able to make decisions based on orders given. Dolls often have powers used for survalence and can send spirit watchers out into the world to help contractors with thier missions. A water doll could send a spirit anywhere there was water by touching water as a glass doll can do the same for glass.
Moratorium - Devoid of control. Certainly the most dangerous of the three. A moratorium cannot control thier power and is often frightened by it. The usual fate of a moratorium is eventual self destruction, but there have been a few rare cases of a moratorium changing into a contractor.
CIA Agent - The CIA employs contractors and dolls simply due to the fact that they need to keep tabs on the criminals and other countries that use them. An CIA Agent does not have any powers but is alowed skill specialization.
Syndicate Agent - An agent for the criminal syndicate follows the same lines as a CIA Agent.

History: Chester became a contractor nearly twenty years ago and has been working for the Syndicate nearly as long. He likes to take his time with missions and is very thorough.
