I would go with the japanese algae eating shrimp, Looks like a ghost shrimp, but more active, bigger, and it actually does good to your tank! eating up all that algae!

I don't remember what the little crab-thing I had in my old tank was, but I do know he ate all the eyes off my goldfish. sweatdrop

Poor Goldfish...they never knew what hit them...literally. They were blind XD domokun
