"Someones drawing it?" Chrissy blinked at her, confused, then shrugged and stopped by the cooler, and the crabs, who paid them no mind. William was asleep. She frowned and opened the cooler, taking the wand out, and turning towards Elina. The crabs followed.

"No, no, no!" Elina chuckled. "They're... It's a figure of speech. It's like the wand is calling them or something," she said, trying to explain. And... doing a horrible job of it.

"Oh..." Chrissy frowned, and lowered the wand, watching Elina curiously. She cried out when the wand was plucked from her hands. The crabs had taken it! They were carrying it towards the water, she got up and hurried after them, "You thieving buggers!"

Elina didn't notice Chrissy watching her. She was too busy eying the crabs. And before she could say anything, the silly little crabs had taken the wand! "Oh no!" she said inbetween fits of giggles. It wasn't really all that funny but... she couldn't help but laugh!

She picked it up, but most of the crabs didn't want to let go. "Elina, they won't get off!" she said, shaking it widely, "Stupid crabs, let go! Let go let go let go!" She finally got them all off, and trudged back towards the woman, "Stupid crabs were trying to steal it!"

Poor Chrissy! And yet... all Elina could do was laugh. Hard. It was just so hilarious, to see the little crabs holding on to dear life. Mayhap it was her imagination, but she could have sworn that the crabs were grumbling as they scuttled away from the two humans.
After her laughter was able to die down a bit, Elina was able to speak. "Oh I wouldn't say steal..! Just... they were probably interested in it. But is it okay?"

Chrissy turned the wand over in her hands, frowning, "Yeah, it looks ok. But those were evil little bastards," he gasped and covered her mouth, glancing at her dad, "I mean buggers." she said quickly, then held the wand up, "I saw a piece of driftwood earlier that looks like this. Do you think it's another wand?"

Elina smiled, shaking her head. "Yes... yes they were. And don't worry, I think we're out of hearing range of your dad," she said. "Hm, perhaps! Though I don't think the wands look the same. But it could be!"

Chrissy looked excited now, "Come on, lets go find it again and see!" she said, hopping eagerly, and holding the wand tightly in one hand. She pointed down the beach, towards the large, jagged, red rocks. "It's over there somewhere."

"I'm coming!" she giggled, looking over to where Chrissy was pointing. "Huh... Well lead the way cap'n Chrissy!" Elina chuckled.
