Hare' looked over the jar, confused. He lifted a paw, putting into the sticky substance and pulling out a large, sticky glob. He sniffed it, his perplexed look on his face getting more and more noticeable. He finally took a lick, and his ears and face both perked up.
"Its good! Really really good! The best thing I've ever eaten!"

Naomi laughed quietly, and licked some jam off the side of the pup's face.
"Oh, you'll eat - and do - much better things eventually, believe you me. This is just a taste of what life can be like if you explore things. See... you never would have thought to get up on that counter if I hadn't suggested it, right?"
He took a few licks of the jam himself, and curled up. The pup could have the rest, and he'd watch.

"Nope! I don't think I would!" Hare' said cheerfully, pratically INSIDE the jar of jelly at this point, his purple fur covered in purple gunk.
It was a little while later when the full-bellied young Jivvin was finally done. He yawned, drunk from food (a half-full jar of jelly was more than enough to sedate a young pup). He slowly made his way over to Naomi, resting his head against the much larger green Jivvin's back.
"Naomi? I'm sleepy..."

Naomi picked the pup up in his mouth, and carried him gently up to where he had been sleeping on the couch previous to this. After he set him up there, he climbed up himself, and curled around the smaller Jivvin.
"Rest, then, if you're sleepy." he said gently, and gave the youngling's fur and ears a bit of a lick. "It's been a big day already for you."
He lay his own head down, and closed his eyes, making sure his tail was over the younger Jivvin as sort of a blanket.
"Sweet dreams, kiddo..." he murmured, before he drifted off himself.

Hare closed his eyes, the green tail of Naomi acting as a blanket. A smile crossed his sleeping face, with thoughts of grape jelly and meeting other nice Jivvins in his dreams. He found himself snuggling into the older Jivvin's stomach, enjoying the safety.
It was far after noon when the young Jivvin slowly awoke, greeted with the sound of a snoring Naomi. He yawned, looking around the unfamiliar room.
"Ohhh...Hey! Naomi!"

Naomi yawned, and stretched out, claws extending for a moment, then relaxing. He wiggled his toes and ears to make sure they were there. That had been a GOOD nap. He lifted his tail, and looked at the small one under it.
"Hello, 'Hare. Did you sleep well?"

"Yep! You make a comfy pillow, Naomi!" Hare' said to the older Jivvin with a bright smile, unaware that what he said could be taken as calling the older Jivvin "fat" or some thing of the like. He found himself looking around the room some more, curious as to what every thing was. His eyes spotted a small bird, whose call sounded strangely like ORLY (a common type of bird for Gaia).
"Hey, Naomi, whats that?"

"That? Well, I'm not really sure, but it sounds like an ORLY owl. They're quite common around here. And fun to chase."
With that last statement, he lowered himself to a crouch, and twitched his tail much like a cat that's in the middle of pouncing.
"Watch and learn, 'Hare, watch and learn."
