Does anyone know anything about the training Seals have to go through after BUD/S?

All I know is that they do ALOT of running.swimming and stufff like that.Hell week is literaly hell.All you get is around 5 hours of scheduled sleep.Also,you might want to get use to listening to detail, becuase then you'll perform better.Also try to avoid injury.And that's as far as my knowledge goes. Someone else probably knows something I don't.
