heres that BG CSS code needed to fixate that annoying tiling background:

Put that in the head tag of the page and the BG wont tile and scroll with the page anymore.

needs some CSS work...but other than that, quite good!

actually since its freewebs CSS wouldnt be the best choice but actual HTML would be. Ive done some work with HTML and for whoever is in charge of the site if you want to learn some nice tricks the best place is the tutorials at w3schools.com

heh, just go into advance mode, CSS work no matter what the host, and HTML cannot fixate the background or anything like that...
