Well....Gambino went into Gino with his clothes on...there were no clothes on the ground when Gambino dissapeared. Thus his clothes also combined with Gino o_o.

Oh s**t.
Whole new theory.

First we assume his clothes were made from organics like plants and animals (eg. a hemp shirt or leather).
And we assume that the virus can combine the DNA of anything living.
Gambino fused with his clothes and Gino.
Gambino shall return.
AS A PLANT CONTROLLING ANIMAL HUMAN HYBRID.
