My friend said that this is the last generation. He said something about Bible codes, and when people who believe in Jesus ascend to Heaven...two times.
I forgot what it was called.
But i don't really believe him. Revelations is pretty confusing, but i don't recall anywhere it saying the end of the world. I didn't think people could predict that, and i don't believe it.
What do you think? I prefer to live life and keep my faith in Jesus strong, but i was just wondering.

NOBODY will know the date of the second coming, not even the Son. He will come like a thief in the night to steal away those who have truly given their lives to him.
Your friend is most likely a Jehovah's Witness, an odd sect by any standard except their own. Bible codes don't actually exist; if they have been found in the bible, they were not intentionally put there.

People have been saying that for years. Revelations is the most misinterpreted book of the Bible because of its immence symbology. All you can do is keep living your life the way God would be pleased. Be ye always ready.

Revelation does talk about end times.
That many things will start arising, Nation against Nation, Kingdom against Kingdom, but the end is not yet. As someone said, no one knows, only God.
But do not toil over it.
I was paraphrasing because I don't know the verses by memory yet. I committed myself to God not to long ago. So just serve and do not worry.

I do believe that it is fast approaching but I will make no guess as to when. He will come when we least expect it. but look around you. biblical prophecies seem to be alligning every day.
