Nuku's leap does indeed catch Van off guard, as his head connects with the floor rather roughly. Van lays there in a daze for a moment, then raises his head. Deal, provided you get off me first. He replies, not amused by her antics.

Lazarus smiles, "Well young man, looks as if you made quite a deal. Over all you gained enough coins to recharge your weapon 2 time fully, not bad for some scrap from the preliminary rounds of the tourney."
He looks to Nuku, knowing that she can contact one that can officiate the exchange, "Can you make sure that My 5 coins, get exchanged for his imp toast, and your coin and chips for his token, Miss Nuku." The way Lazarus states Nuku's name, you can feel an underlying name hidden in his speach.

"Thank you very much, Your miss Nuku right?" she said as she did her best to smile without making it appear fake or insincere. All in all it rather looked contorted but her eyes remained innocent enough. "Sometimes I get worried they'll box me up along with all the other artifacts down there. Ten good deeds should go by fast right?" she looked to the other gentlemen who had been helping her and rose with a formal curtsy. "I do not believe we have met either, my name is Androsia, it has been a delight to have met you." Shivering a bit when she looked at the other figure in the cafe she didn't regret having her hood up. "...creepy"

And mine.... Van grunts a little as he scrambles out from under the surprisingly heavy bulk of Nuku. My name is Van Ms. Androsia. He says jumping to his feet and dusting himself off. Pleased to make your acquaintance. He adds with a bow.

Nuku almost scrambles with her pray to keep him in her grasp but in the end gives up and allows him to escape. sad Taking the coin she hands the chips over to Van and magically summons the Major DM to complete all the trades.
Nuku runs up to Androsia and starts trying to peer up her hood. “Yes, I’m Nuku! I’m here with all my friends. 3nodding I would love to help you do good things. But I don’t know if Elaine or Lance would help but I know Blaze will, and I sure will!” blaugh she continues to talk normally while trying to look at your face, even to the point of bending backwards while standing to get a good view. eek

The oddness of this situation almost overwhelming her she sighs and flips off her hood. "Not much to see anyway..." Her dark violet hair was at the moment kept up in a tight bun on the back of her head and her face seemed almost nervous as she kept looking back and forth between the two of them. "Don't suppose either of you would know where I should start?" She asked still feeling a bit awkward and hesitant of what she could definitely tell was an elder mage in the room.

Picking up on her discomfort, Van nods in Lazarus's direction. His name is Lazarus, and I believe he is a fellow wizard like yourself. We have allied once before in the past. He can be a bit brash but he is very handy in combat.
As far as finding people in need of your services... I have heard tale of spirit trouble in the forest. You would have to speak to Vincent, I know little about it, save that a team is being assembled and they are in need of one more member. I'd join myself, but I have prior commitments I must attend to.
It has also come to my attention that local goblin population has assembled on the outskirts of the town and threaten to usurp the population of Miyr. I plan on heading over there soon to try and bolster the defensive perimeter.
Pausing in thought Van continues. There is a team tournament scheduled for the 23rd, I'm sure there are people over there in need of partners. I'm sure helping someone out there, could be considered a good deed.
