Jete nods, handing Lyse a fetish crafted of bone. Just shake dis, child... and if I'm able, I will come. She turned back to look out the window. Internally, she could possibly never overcome the guilt she felt... and even worse, she wondered if Ritanya were restored, if she could ever be the same?
Just remember, child... she be seein' everythin' her body be doin'. She just not be havin' any control. It be hell for her.
