Here are my words, of wisdom:
Visit one- another multiple times, graduate from a vocational school
or university, make moving/ living arrangements well in advance, both
of you should have successful jobs, and save your money like a son
of a b*. Only then should you consider marriage.

The link doesn't work for me either.
But, it depends on how strong my feelings for her are, and if the feelings are returned. Right now, I live in Pennsylvania, and I currently have a girl that I love dearly that lives in Alberta, Canada. If I get the time, and money, I would really like to go spend some time with her. But, that won't happen for a while still...
