As one of the girls in my clarinet section says, "You can't spell 'crap' without 'rap!'"
Srsly. I don't understand how it's become so "in." I'll bet ten years from now we'll have some other new music fad and rap will be swept under the carpet.
I like Linkin Park, and rap that makes fun of rap. (Read: whenever Weird Al does a rap) That's pretty much it.

oh, my, god. THANK ERIK SOMEONE FINALLY AGREES WITH ME.
I despise rap. It's horrid.
Too many curse words, and it's not even music, it's just a lousy beat with a guy yelling out words.
We need to start an anti-rap guild.

rappest is the lamest frikin music out there, it degrades women, it encourages the use of drugs and such. ya its dumb
i grew up around led zepplin, disturbed, korn, acdc, the eagles, duran duran, so u can imagine my dislike for rap.....

I grew up with country music, and with a friend obsessed with Phantom of the Opera. I dislike all modern music. Except Queen and the Stones. They're cool.

Rap is okay. Mainstream rap usually does suck though. But you guys shouldnt be so rude and bias to it confused Just because you dont like a genre of music doesnt make it crap.

princeofgeeks R-etards A-ttempting P-oetry rap is the lowst form of music things i dont get 1)how do rappers know how to party like a rock star, in the mv the made fun of kiss that pissed me off 2)has all the good subjects been taken when the best song out there is my lip gloss is poppen my lip gloss is hot 3) gangsters repeat alot of rythms (cuz they have no real tallent) but when you take an ozzy ozborn song and rap it up your dead(that means you lil john) 4)how can they rhym it with it and hot with hot???? 5)make some actuall lyrics , repeating this is why im hot dosn't cut it and many more but i want to hear what you think EXACTLY! WHERE HAVE U BEEN ALL MY LIFE???!!!! 3nodding

Oh god I soooo agree. I mean, once in a great while, there will be a rap song I like, but there's only been about two of those. And seriously, everyone in my school thinks they can rap, they'll sit in class and bang and the tables with their hands and pencils and rap about a comb. A COMB. Cuz, you gotta admit, that's a meaningful song right there.
