My friends have dubbed my the "Ghost Alarm" because of this one time when we were ghost hunting.
(Names will not be mentioned)
I got an eerie cold-tingle feel I get around ghost when we were going through a supposedly haunted house and we were headed up stairs house, but my group just shrugged it off. One of the group, an 8 year old had separated from us. from the top of the stairs a little girl knocked over a stand with a lamp on it. We thought it was her, the girl's brother headed upstairs. When the rest of us went outside, the boy's sister was sitting on the porch reading. It wasn't even 40 seconds later, and the only way down to the porch is the stairs and windows that had screens in them. She couldn't have been at the stairs, especially after the boy said all the windows were locked from the inside.
Needless to say, every time we went out after that, they listened to me.

Wow, creepy.
I suppose it's better you believed it to be her until afterwards, so nobody seemed TOO alarmed?
