I have start to see shadows here and there out of the corner of my eyes and they have to started to follow me is it that becaus I can see them that they follow my If you know some thing that sound like would help plz tell me

I used to see those shadows occasionally a while ago. It seemed like they were watching me or something but nothing more than that. I haven't seen them for a while; probably a year or more.
That's all I really know about them.

that makes some since but with my case I have seen them since I was like 7 or 8 now I see them all the time if i pay attention to it

I've seen shadows for over a year now.. When you see them usually depends of the amount of activities in your home (like if you have guests or not) or certain events in nature, when natural energy is high...
From my experiences, I believe 'shadow people' are spirits that can not gather enough energy to manifest as an appirition.
I believe you are correct.. they know you can see them, so they may try to stick around. Try speaking to them while meditating if they are bothering you (be poliet and courteous and ask them if there is anything you can do for them).
I would suggest using a Ouija board, but no one ever likes using those and there is a lot of preparation to be done before you use one to ensure you don't let anything malevalent into your home. However, if you have one and think it might help, use it (being careful, of course).
One of the shadow people I see follows me around. I've seen the same tall, dark figure at relatives' houses I've visited.
Shadow people can't harm in anyway, so I wouldn't worry. They more or less just want you to see them, to be aware that they are there.

(new update) now for the last 2 days I have seen some white shadows insted of black shadows which is all I've seen all my life one white shadow I saw at the trainyard by my house and I saw some white shadow at my grandmother's house dos the change in color mean some thing plz help
