It was late afternoon, the moment where night hasn't quite fallen but the day has yet to leave. The moment where the sky is lit by a brilliant fire, before it fades into the deepest of purples. A contented sigh passed Astraea's lips as she descended the back steps, a basket full of washing tucked beneath her arm. Her lips curled into a smile as she crossed the dewy grass, the moisture clinging to her bare feet.

A chill breeze picked up as she reached the clothes line, sending a shiver down her spine. There was something different about the breeze blowing about her, something that caused her to be on her guard. Placing the washing basket beside her, she set about putting what could only be described as a mountain of clothing onto the line.

As Astraea pegged the last of the bed sheets to the line, the chill breeze picked up once more, blowing back to sheet to reveal a woman standing where there had been none before. A startled cry, that sounded more like a hiss then anything else, passed Astraea's lips. The woman merely gazed back at Astraea, her brilliant violet eyes sparkling with amusement. As the woman's eyes become deadpan once more, the chill breeze flared back into the life, causing the woman's many layers of skirts to shift about her. It was then, as the layers resettled themselves that Astraea noticed the child-like bundle that rested in a sling around the woman's waist.

The gypsy-looking woman's ruby lips curved into a smile as she noticed where Astraea's attention was now focused, her hands reaching to release the slings knot which rested at the base of her neck. As the knot gave way, the unnamed woman extended the bundle toward Astraea. Although understandably confused, Astraea gently took the pre-offered bundle, moving the bundle so that it rested in the crook of her arm. Turning her jade eyes to the bundle now in her arms, she could help but smile at the beautiful infant girl who lay within the swaddling. A pale hand reached toward the girl's face, brushing back a lock of fiery red hair. Lorelei..., Astraea thought to herself, knowing in that instant that would be the infants name. "Lorelei" she said aloud, to which the infant's eyes fluttered open revealing jade eyes that nearly perfectly matched Astraea's own.

"Dark deeds she committed in her past" the other woman intoned, her voice dark and melodious as she spoke, "and it is here that she has been reborn to atone for past sins - to seek redemption"

Astraea frowned. "How am I suppose -" she began to say, before a gurgle from Lorelei drew her attention away from the woman. Rocking the small child gently, she raised her eyes to where the woman had stood only to find empty air. "Where did she go?" Astraea mumbled to herself, her jade eyes scanning for the woman. Sighing Astraea turned and exasperated expression to Lorelei, who merely smiled back at her mother. "Well I guess its welcome to the family little one" Astraea stated, although her voice still betrayed the confusion she felt.

Returning to where the clothes basket lay abandoned in the grass, she gripped it in one hand, turning and making her way back toward the house where she would introduce Lorelei to the rest of the family and perhaps find out a little more about Lorelei's past.

Dragain sped into the HQ, laughing away madly with Ingina on her back. Ingina was also laughing and as Dragain sat her down on the floor, she smiled up at her. Dragain laid back on the comfy sofa and waited, hoping that someone will drop by soon

Astraea approached the building nervously, wondering what lay in store for her. Resting firmly against her hip was young girl she had come to name Lorelei. After the strange circumstances in which she had became the guardian of the fiery haired infant, she had learned much about what exactly the girl was and had been quick the learn that there were other children in the same situation. It was her thirst to know more, as well as her desire for her daughter to meet other such as herself that she had come.

Pushing the door open only enough for her to slip inside, she made her way toward the lounges that first captured her attention. Her jade gaze was quick to come to rest upon another woman and a young girl. Quietly she made her way over to the woman. "Is this seat taken?" she asked, indicating to the vacant seat beside the other woman.

From her perch Lorelei watched the other girl curiously, quick to notice the wings upon her back. Wanting to investigate further she squirmed in her mothers arms, until she was set gently upon the ground.

Pave walked into the HQ with Mosrael on her shoulders. He ducked when they entered, so as not to hit his head on the doorframe. Pave looked around and saw two new people. She pulled Mos off and set his down, holding his hand as they walked to the new girls.
"Hi there!"

Mos could see a pair of...somethings. What were these new things, were they as friendly as Storm?

Dragain looked at the new woman that had just entered and replied, "Take a seat! I'm Dragain, but feel free to call me Dra." Upon spotting the female infant in her arms, Dragain smiled warmly and nodded. "You have a beautiful child. May I ask for both your names?"

Ingina looked at the young Infant. A new girl! That means that she may have a new friend soon...

Dragain saw another pair of mother and child, and thought happily, Today's going to be lively!" Dragain made space on the sofa for all three of them and introduced herself again.

Ingina moved towards the new boy and held out a hand to him. "Her-lo" She managed to say as she beckoned him forward. Then, she turned to the new girl and held out her other hand, hoping that they can sit together and make friends.

Astraea smiled warmly at the other woman. "My name is Astraea" she replied brightly, "and this little lady is Lorelei".

At the mention of her name, Lorelei turned to grin widely at her mother before turning back to the winged girl before her. Placing her hands upon her chest, she became thoughtful for a moment. "Or" she said matter-of-factly, trying her best to introduce herself.

Not having noticed the other child before, Astraea smiled at her before turning her attention back to Dragain. "I could say the same about you golden-haired babe" she replied still smiling. Hearing another voice behind her, Astraea turned to see another woman. "Hello" she called back to her.

"Well, we've really got a party here, eh? I'm Pave, this little boy is Mosrael, but everyone calls him Mos." Pave smiled and sat down on the couch.

Mos didn't react to his own name, preferring instead to stare emptily at the girls. Lorelei and Ingina? Those were odd. Where was Storm? Now he looked up to his mother questioningly. She didn't notice, so he turned his attention back to the girls. One of them had her hand out, as he had had for Storm. He grasped her hand and looked at her. There was something on her back. Wings!

Dragain grinned and said, "Yes. There is quite a party tonight! Thanks Astraea!"

Ingina smiled when the one the adults called Mos gripped her hand. She felt so happy, and warm inside. Lorelei was really nice too, and Ingina smiled at her, beckoning her to come closer to Mos and her.

"I'm Astraea and the little red-head is Lorelei" she replied, introducing herself to Pave. Scooting over in her seat, she patted the empty seat beside her, indicating that Pave should join them.

Satisfied somewhat with her introduction, Lorelei followed the path made by Ingina's out-stretched hand. A small frowned creased her lips as she noticed another hand and the end of hers. Raising her green eyes, she was surprised to see a raven-haired boy attached to the end. Smiling at him she mimicked the same movements she had used with Ingina. "Or" she enthused, shuffling closer to the pair.

"Hello." Pave watched the children interact. "They're so cute, aren't they?"

The girl without wings, Lorelei, had said "Or." What was that supposed to mean? She was coming closer and Mos could see that she was nice. He held out his hand to her. Would she take it? The girl with wings, Ingina, was still holding on to Mos's hand, but he didn't feel that connection like he had with Storm.

Noticing the Mos's other hand was extended toward her, she cocked her head slightly almost as if she were examining it. Satisfied that is had passed her inspection, she nodded curtly before placing her hand into his. Turning her attention to Ingina, her eyes widened as a feathered wing made its way toward her. She hesitated, before curiosity overcame her. Reaching out, she gently stroked the wing grinning at Ingina.

Astraea nodded, smiling to herself as she watched the children. "Do they stay like that no matter how old they get?" she asked, still being new to raising children and with all her current children still being mere babes-in-arms.

Mos saw that Ingina was holding out her wing to him. He felt the overwhelming urge to take hold of it. He let go of Ingina's hand and felt the feathers of her wing under his soft fingers. They were smooth and dark. He could feel some sort of energy coursing through them. He almost pulled his hand away.

"He likes her wings, I believe." Pave observed. "Mos, careful on those wings, okay?" He looked to her and back at the wing in his hand and nodded.

Dragain smiled again and said, "Children all grow up." Then, looking at the children playing and holding hands, she continued, "Although Ingina was always be my little girl..."

Ingina was delighted! They had made a little circle by linking hands. She would have been happiler if Mama haden't decided to scoop her up at that time. She pouted and struggled, but Mama just smiled at her.

"I have to go now, Karimaru's alone at home. He's her step-brother." Dragain said. Ingina peeped over her Mama's shoulders and waved goodbye.

Lorelei gave a startled cry, which soon became a cry of protest as Ingina was whisked away. Sadly she waved goodbye, hoping that perhaps they would meet again sometime soon.

"It was a pleasure to meet you Dragain" Astraea called after the womans fleeting form, "I hope we can get together again".

Mos was a little startled by the sudden leaving of one of the group, but as she waved goodbye, he extended his arm and waved as well. Now he turned his attentions to Lorelei, the girl with the golden armband. He held ou this hand to her to see if she was friendly.

"See you later, Dragain." Pave called after the leaving woman.

Although saddened by the departure of Ingina, Lorelei turned her attention back to her other companion. Seeing that his arm was once more extended toward her, she reached out confidently and grasped it. Her green eyes lingered upon their joined hands for a moment, before she rose them to meet his gaze. She smiled warmly at him, waiting to see if he would smile back.

"Has Mos been with you long?" Astraea asked Pave, although her gaze was fixed upon the two children. Her mind wondered what grave sin Mos has committed in order to be reborn upon Gaia.

Lorelei was smiling at Mos. He smiled politely back and sort of shook her hand in his. He wondered if she was anything like Storm. His mind seemed to revolve around Storm now. He shook his head a little and looked into Lorelei's green eyes.

"I've had Mos for...ah, nearly two weeks?" Pave was thinking. "Yeah, almost two weeks. I'm bad at dates!" She was laughing a little.

A frowned tugged at the corner of Lorelei's lips as she noticed Mos shake his head. Is something wrong? she wanted to asl him, although she couldn't form the words to say so. Instead she continued to frown at him, tilting her head slight as she did so.

"From little I know about TOR's, they are said to have committed a grave sin in there past" she stated, turning her attention to Pave, "have you leant yet of Mos's?

Why was she frowning at him? Mos was worried a little, he wondered if she didn't like him. He squeezed her hand in a reassuring way to let her know that he wanted to be friends with her. He smiled kindly at her, willing her to smile back.

"Oh, very nearly. It was somewhat outlined in the letter I recieved shortly after I acquired this little scamp." She smiled down at him. "I thought everyone got a letter. Maybe it was just to explain the presence of his lamb..." She trailed off, thinking.

Sensing that whatever had been troubling earlier had passed, she smiled back although concern still dwelt in the back of her mind. Feeling him squeeze her hand, her smile become a grin as she squeezed back.

"Perhaps mine has yet to arrive" Astraea replied, which she figured was most likely the case seeing as Lorelei had only been in her care a few days. Turning her gaze to the children she smiled again as she rose slowly to her feet.
"I apologise, but Lorelei and I must be off" she stated regretfully. She would have loved to have stayed far longer, but there were other things she had to attended too.

Turning her attention to her mother, Lorelei's eyes widened as she saw she was standing. Fearing this meant that she herself must leave, she tightened her grip upon Mos's arm.

Moving to her daughter's side, Astraea gently pried her hand from Mos's arm. "I'm sorry honey but we have to go" she cooed soothingly to the girl as she lifted her into her arms. "We will come back soon so you can see Mos's and Ingina again ok". Moving toward the door, Astraea turned back to smile at Pave and Mos. "I hope we can meet again soon, I think Lorelei might like that" she called back to Pave, before turning back to the door.

Much like Ingina had done, Lorelei peeked over her mother's shoulder, waving frantically at Mos's until he disappeared from view.

Mos was surprised again when Lorelei was scooped up and taken away, but the girl was waving goodbye to Mos, just as Ingina had done. Mos waved back, smiling all the while.

"Yeah, I'll see you later. Mos would like it if he saw Lorelei again." Pave smiled and pulled Mos into her arms, exiting after Astraea.

He'd whined, he'd begged, he'd kicked her in the shin, all in all, Kayin wanted to go back to the HQ to see his friends. Now that he'd begun speaking... well he had a hard time stopping, even if what came out was mindless babble. Ivy carted Kayin into the HQ hoping to find some familiar faces or meet new ones. Setting her little one on the ground she sat down on the couch. "Just wait sweetie I'm sure someone will show up."

Turel & Kohenkyo were sat in HQ alongside a rather large looking black creature, that was slupmed comfortably on the floor. Turel was sat before it, petting the creature's muzzle & giggling fondly, whilst Kohenkyo was reading a dream ancyclopedia that she had got from the library. Kohenkyo did not look overly happy, even with Turel's happy giggles.

Turel looked round upon seeing Kayin enter & let out a squeak of what appeared to be joy & shuffed round on the floor, allowing the huge black creature to pik him up bring him over to Kayin.

Kohenkyo looked up & managed a weak smile.
"Hello there."

Ingina had been beggin the whole morning. And Dragain had finally agreed to bring Ingina to the HQ. Dragain walked into the HQ and spotted two familar faces.

"Hi Ko! Hi Ivy!" She said cheerfully, and upon seeing Ko's unhappy face, added, "What's up with that face Ko?" Dragain put Ingina down beside Turel and Kayin.

Ivy smirked over at Kohenkyo, "What eating you?" The girl didn't seem to be in her best spirits and Ivy wondered if it was the black creature which was causing it. Walking over near by Ko.

Kayin's eyes brightened when he saw Turel and very carefully, he'd been having his mother help him, said, "Heyllo... Turel..." quite pleased that he'd gotten the words out he examined the black creature with mild interest. "'Aht's tis?"

Noticing Ingina, Kayin smiled briefly happy that both his close friends were here. "Heyllo, Ngeena!"

Turel gives Ingina a friendly poke & grins, uttering one of the few words that he could muster.
"Lo!" He giggled in a chirrupy manner to both Kayin & Ingina

Kohenkyo looked up at Dragain & smiled again, weaker than before.
"Turel's nightmares are getting worse....I've tried everything, but nothing seems to make a difference..." Kohenkyo sighed deeply & looked over at her adoptive son with a rueful expression.

With Lorelei once more perched upon her hip, Astraea walked briskly toward the HQ, eager to perhaps catch up with Dragain and Pave as well as meet some other TOR guardians. Slipping through the door, a smile spread across her lips as she noticed Dragain and Ingina, as well as two others she had yet to meet. "Dragain" she called, waving at the other woman as she made her way toward her.

Although Lorelei had noticed Ingina as was relived to see a familiar face, her gaze was fixed upon the other two children in the room. She eyes them curiously, wondering if they would be as friendly as Mos and Ingina.

Turel looked fron Ingina to Kayin & then gestured to Korothiir.
"Is Korotheer." Turel petted Korothiir & the sarnin sat down, so that the children could get a better look. The creature was tall, black with purple tiger stripes & had the oddest wings for they looked as though they had been dipped in blood.
"Ingeena an Kayen like Korotheer?" Turel asked curiously, gesturing to the Sarnin in a manner meaning that they could pet him.

"Geez, that sounds bad... do they happen nightly? On certain nights? Under certain conditions?" Ivy quirked her eyebrows together in deep thought. She wasn't sure anything could be done to help poor little Turel. "I don't know that there's anything to be done sweetie..." Ivy said sadly.

Ivy glanced at the new woman coming in with the red head child and bumped herself out of her thinking mode. "Oh hello, I don't believe we've met." Ivy held out a hand to the woman, "I'm Ivy, and the cute boy over there, the one without the wings, is my son Kayin."

Kayin's eyes went to the door when he heard the footsteps coming. His eyes narrowed slightly when he saw two new females come in. He'd discovered that despite some acceptances like Ingina and his momma, females were no good.

Quickly he whipped his eyes back to the creature dubbed "Korotheer". He nodded his approval to Turel and reached out to touch the creature. "Is nice?" he asked tenatively.

Ingina nodded and said, "Hello." Then, she turned to Korothiir and patted him, motioning that she likes the creature. Then, she saw Lorelei entering with her Mum and she waved to her, giving her a shout of "Hello" and beckoning her to join them.

Dragain patted Ko on her back and smiled. "I'm sure it's going top be alright." she criped, hoping to cheer her up. Having heard her name, she turned round and saw Xpressionless. "Hiya!" Dragain said, replying to her gretting. "Come and join us!"

Kohenkyo was distracted from replying to Ivy by the stranger. She forced A smile & bobbed her head repectfully.
"I'm Kohenkyo & the winged little guy over there is my son Turel. Nice to see more owners making an appearance here." She said, turning back to Ivy & replying in a somewhat quieter tone.
"They happen nighty & I'm beggining to think that they have something to do with his past life.....I recall Eph saying something about the kids having past lives or something along those lines.." Kohenkyo stated, trying to think things over at the same time.

Turel nodded to Kayin & Ingina, petting Korothiir.
"Is veree nice...No biteses no one." Turel assured Kayin. Korothiir allowed himself to be petted, after all he enjoyed attention.

Astraea smiled, shaking Ivy's hand warmly. "Astraea" she replied, bouncing Lorelei against her hip, "and this little lady is Lorelei". Moving toward where the other children where seated, she placed Lorelei beside Ingina before returning to where the adults where seated.

Lorelei grinned at Ingina, gripping the other girls hand and pointing toward the two boys before them. She frowned at the boys, before turning her eyes back to Ingina seeming to ask who they boys where.

Kayin wanted to ask Ingina, who obviously knew, who the new girl was but didn't want to seem rude. But the new girl made him slightly nervous, as it should. She didn't put the funny feeling in him like Ingina did the first time they met.

Assured by Turel that the Korothiir was nice, he reached out the pet the creature, enjoying the feel of it. "Is nice." he said in approval.

The new girl was with them now... what was he supposed to do. She didn't look happy to see him... so he just kept his usually half glare/half stare on his face inspecting her.

"Yeah, I know the feeling, I wish I knew what Kayin's past life was... geez, I can't imagine him having nightscares all the time. It must be draining you, no wonder you look worn out sweetie." Ivy patted Kohenkyo on the back and smiled. "If you ever need a night free, I'd be happy to have Turel stay at my place."

"Nice to meet you," she added, facing Astraea. "She's very cute!" Ivy gestured toward Lorelei.

Turel was immensely insulted by the frown & proceeded to offer his wing with a blank expression, denoting that he was hardly an enemy. She would certainly make one in him if she was not careful. He hoped that she accepted Kayin also. He would NOT be pleased if she didn't.
"Lo..." He said, offering both hand & wing in a sort of handshake.

Ingina smiled and nodded to the two boys. "They okay." Pointing to Kayin first then Turel, she tried saying their names. "Kayein, Tura." Then, she turned to the boys and introduced Lorelei. "Loreli"

Dragain nodded at Ko's comment and said, "I'm sure that there's someway to cure him... It's just that I do not know how..."

Kayin nodded as Ingina introduced "Loreli", but he did not put out his hand as Turel had done. Oh no, he'd had enough of that game and didn't find it nessecary to do that act of chivilry any longer. Being a man or not, it hurt when girls touched him. Instead he said, "Heyllo... Lorli." He still wasn't sure about this one and her frowning face.

Kohenkyo smiled to Both Dragain & Ivy.
"I'm sure Turel wouldn't mind a sleepover. He's nuts about Kayin." Kohenkyo giggled & then yawned, shutting her dream encyclopedia & stuffing it into her rucksack.
"Who knows, he might sleep better with Kayin around." She smiled to herself, leaning back against the counch upon which she was sat.

Turel smiled, glad that Kayin liked Korothiir. The sarnin was enjoying the attention greatly & turned his gaze to Ingina, reaching his head out so that it lay at her feet. He made puppy eyes at the girl as if to say 'pet me?'. turel chuckled at this display & turned to Kayin.
"He like attenshun lots." Turel managed. his words werent quite correct, but he was certainly getting there.

Ingina frowned at the boys and said firmly. "Be nice!" She did not like the way Lorelei was looking at them, but she did not like the way the boys were returning those looks either.

Dragain looked as the four infants interact. "One day, they're all going to grow up." She thought and gasped as she realised that she had said it out loud.

Lorelei returned Kayin's look, although her expression was far less cold then his own seemed to be. Although he didn't appear to be overly friendly, he also wasn't being openly hostile. With a slight nod she decided that he seemed okay, if not slightly strange. A smile spread across her lips as he introduced himself. "Kayein" she enthused, still smiling at him. Before she had a chance to get to know Kayin better, her attention was drawn away by a wing being extended into the cornor of her vision. Regarding him for a moment longer, she reached gently toward his wing being more careful was his then she had needed to be with Ingina's. In the same moment, she released her and from Ingina's and clasped Turel's as firmly as she could manage.

"It is a pleasure to meet you also" Astraea replied, "both of you". Astraea listened quietly to their conversation, not entirely sure what it was all about. She had managed to discern something about nightmares, and wondered whether Lorelei would experience the same.

Kohenkyo let out a tiny giggle as she watched Korothiir wriggle closer to the children for attention.
"That sarnin is such an attention seeker." She smiled, looking over at Dragain.
"They all have to grow up sooner or later." Kohenkyo nodded.

Turel looked at Ingina & sighed.
"I am be nice." He nodded down at his outstretched hand & wing. Korothiir sat up & snuffled at Ingina's face, putting his velvety nose in her lap.

"Well then they should, we'll get together sometime and plan it okay? God only knows that where I'm staying is big enough for two boys to play around." Ivy smiled at her, "It'll be good for them, Kayin really likes Turel too." Ivy looked wistfully at the children... "Oh... I know they'll grow, but it's nice having them now like this."

Kayin patted Korothiir once more and then returned to staring at Lorelei, she was... weird... it was weird to hear his name from her, but he didn't mind. Still, he didn't put out his hand for hers. He'd leave that part of business to Turel, whom he felt much more comfortable around and meeting new people was easier with him.

Ingina looked on happily as Lorelei made friends with Turel. "No touch Kayein. Okay?" She said. She realised that Kayin might be afraid to touch her. Then, she turned to Korothiir and patted him on the head, giggling happily. "Me likes Korotheer."

Dragain smiled and said slowly. "Well, according to appearances and behavior, I think that we might be able to clear some of our questions..."

It made Kayin happy to hear Ingina say what he wanted to. It was a wimpy thing to say himself, but it was okay if she said it. He nodded his thanks to Ingina and gave a brief smile. He shook his head in agreement with Ingina, "Me like Korotheer too." To emphasize he reached out to pet the creature again.

Ingina giggled again. Korothiir was tickerlish, and it was funny to see him seeking attention. Then, she turned to Turel and nodded with a smile. "Thank you." she said happily. She had learnt this word from her step-brother and can now pronouce it perfectly.

Dragain sighed and nodded. "I like them this way too..." Dragain said wistfully. "But at least they're enjoying their childhood!"

Kohenkyo nodded to all present & smiled, stretching her arms upwards & showing of her rather sharp canines as she yawned.
"Thats good then." Kohenkyo smiled.
"I'll arange something as soon as things quieten down at home. We've got alot going on you see." She stated proudly.

Turel let Lorelei clasp his hand afore withdrawing it & gesturing to Korothiir.
"lorlei, this Korotheer." He introduced the sarnin to the child. Korothiir looked up from Ingina & proceeded to snuffle at Lorelei in a curious fashion. Turel chuckled & watched, looking to each child in turn. He could see though that Kayin was wary of Lorelei & he hoped that he would be alright.

Kayin figured that seeing how he was friends with Turel, Ingina, and getting there with Korotheer, he was safe, even though the new girl was there. Still, his momma had said that manners were important so he decided the best line of action was to speak when spoken to and keep with his "polite" stare.

Ivy's mind had wondered off for a time, and by the time it came back she knew she'd been reading far too many romance novels... she gave out a nervous giggle and decided to keep the fact that she'd been day dreaming about who would date who when they were older to herself.

Ingina looked up at Kayin's mother and blinked in confusion, as a feeling creeped across her mind. It's that feeling again, Ingina thought. Kayin's mother had been thinking about all of them... And she don't understand. Her mind also caught Turel's mother's feelings and was very surprised. There were so many voices in her head.

Dragain saw the way Ingina was looking at Ivy and wondered why. Ingina had confusion in her eyes, and Dragain decided to find out. "Ivy... May i ask you what you were thinking just now?"

Ingina closed her eyes, and tried to think straight, ignoring the voices in her head.

Lorelei giggled as Korothiir snuffled about her, reaching to stroke his dark pelt. Her jade eyes shone with happiness as she turned her smiling face to the other children.

Although she hadn't commented about the conversation the had been going on about her, she agreed that the children seemed to be enjoying themselves and although she still wondered what it they would be like when they were older. Glancing at the wall, she paled as she took in the time. She had promised Leia and Makoto that she wouldn't be long, as the girls had made plans for the afternoon. Rising from her seat, she bowed slightly to the others. "I'm sorry but I have to get going" she stated, regretfully. "It was a pleasure to meet you all" she continued, before walking to where Lorelei sat and scooping the child into her arms.

Lorelei pouted at her mother, although soon realised there was little she could do. Shifting in her mothers arms, she waved goodbye to Ingina, Kayin and Turel. "Bai" she called to them as Astraea said the same to Kohenkyo, Ivy and Dragain., still waving as the door closed behind Astraea.

Dragain walked into the HQ with Ingina on her back, giggling away. For once, Rina is not with her. Ingina had insisted that Rina not follow this time. Dragain took out a box of white chocolate and gave one to Ingina. "Here you go, sweetie..."

Ingina happily took the chocolate and took a bite, the chocolate getting all over her hands and mouth. She finished it and asked for more with big hopeful eyes. Dragain firmly said no, and help Ingina clean up. Meanwhil, they were hoping that someone would pop by.

Hawk walked into the HQ with Vohu on his shoulders and his hat on Vohu's head.

"Hey Dragain!" Hawk smiled and put Vohu on the ground.

Vohu tugged on Hawks pants.

"What is it Vohu?" Hawk leaned over.

Vohu wispered something in Hawks ear.

Hawk giggled as he stood back up, "Vohu's just a little shy.." He said as Vohu his behind him.

Dragain smiled and looked up. "Hiya Hawk. This must be Vohu." She said, nodding at the infant. "Don't be shy, Ingina's just bursting to see you!"

Ingina broke into a wide smile New friends! She plodded over to Hawk and peered at the boy behind him. She gave him a little wave and smiled, "Hello. I am Ingina. You?" She wriggled her wings a little, and tiltted her head at the new boy.

Lorelei squirmed in the pink-haired girls grasp, whining to get free. The lollipop that her mother had given the infant before dropping the two girls off was now being used to repeatedly hit Rini in the forehead. "Down!" Lorelei demanded, continuing to wriggle and squirm.

"Stop it you little brat" Rini fired back at the young girl, beginning to question why she had agreed to take the little pest to TOR headquarters. Astraea said I would get something good out of it she mentally reminded herself, as she promptly dumped Lorelei on the floor. Casting a crimson glare at Lorelei, she spin upon her heels and made her way to the nearby lounges. Curling herself into the lounge, her crimson gaze was snagged by a rather furry looking infant. "What they hell is that?" she asked Hawk, a disgusted look contorting her face.

Poking her tongue out at her siblings fleeting form, she turned her attention to the only familiar face within the room. "Ingina" she squealed, tottering toward the girl. She grinned widely as she hurried toward her friend. It had been sometime since she had seen the other girl, and had been getting quite lonely. Although she adored most of her siblings - Rini being the exception, she missed spending time with the other TOR's. "Ingina" she called again just before she reached the girl's side.

Ingina turned to look at the voice that had called her name. When she saw the familiar face, she broke into a smile. "Hiya Lorelei!" She said happily, almost cheering. She had missed her friend. She looked again back at Vohu. "This is Lorelei." She said, directing her words to Vohu. She then faced Lorelei, and told her, "This is Vohu."

Dragain spun around, and saw Lorelei, with someone. She wondered who she was, and assumed that she is Lorelei's sister. "Hello, how may I address you?" She asked.

Lorelei smiled nervously toward Vohu, confused that he didn't appear the same as the other infants she had met. After a moment she offered him a friendly wave although she remained standing beside Ingina. "Friend?" Lorelei asked Ingina, her tone curious. Slipping her grape lollipop back into her mouth, she grinned around it as she waited for Ingina to answer her question.

Turning her attention away from Hawk and the rodent looking infant, her eyes came to fix upon the other woman. "I'm Rini" the bubblegum haired girl replied, "and don't you forget it!". Her crimson eyes narrowed as she regarded the woman. "And who the hell might you be?" she asked, although the tone of her voice suggested that it was more a demand.

Vohu stepped out from behind Hawk's back and walked over to Ingina and poked at her wings then looked back at Hawk. "What are these?" He asked Hawk.

"Haha! There wings Vohu, they allow creatures and people alike to be able to fly." Hawk said and smiled. "Sorry if Vohu is a little rude at first, he.. Doesn't quite.. Talk to people he doesn't know very well.. If you get what I'm saying." Hawk giggled.

Vohu poked at Ingina and smiled at her then walked back to Hawk and crawled up his body and sat on his head.

"Vohu is half racoon and half human.. He came to me one day in the woods, he was hurt so I helped him, we've been together ever since." Hawk said.

Vohu swung his head in front of Hawks face and smiled. Hawk did the same.

Ingina smiled at Lorelei, and nodded. "Friend."
She then turned to Vohu and gave her wings a little wiggle, "I cannot fly yet." She giggled and then tried flapping her wings. All she did was to create a slight breeze and a fit of giggles.

Dragain rose her eye bow with the girl's remark and grinned, her sharp teeth showing. "Call me Dragain. Nice to meet you Rini." She turned her attention to Ingina who seemed to be making a new connection.

Vohu smiled from atop of Hawks head, then waved his big bushy tail around and hopped off Hawk's head onto a nearby couch. Hawk looked up at Rini, "Hey, my name's Hawk, and that is Vohu!" He said as he pointed to the fluffy creature curled up in a ball on the couch. Hawk smiled at the girl then walked over to where Vohu was laying and sat beside him, petting his tail.

Ingina whimpered and tried to get up on the couch, failing twice before strong hands wipped her off the ground and onto the couch. Dragain giggled and gave Ingina a light pat on her head. "Next time just ask for help!" Ingina nodded and want over to Vohu, and gave his tail a pat.

"I like your tail." She said, smiling. It was the first time she had saw someone will a tail, although Rina has one.

"He looks more like a giant rat" Rini remarked, casting another disquisted look at the furry infant.

Tottering after Ingina, Lorelei placed her hands upon the lounge although she knew she wouldn't be able to get up. Her emerald eyes turned to her sister, waiting for her to help her up, like Dragain had done with Ingina.

"Don't think I'm going to help you" the older girl replied, seeing the look that her sister was giving her. "After hitting me with you lolly, the lest you can do is get yourself up" she added, smirking slightly.

"Up!" Lorelei exclaimed, trying to pull herself up. "Lorelei wants up" she pleaded, her lower lip trembling as she watched her sister. "He looks more like a giant rat" Rini remarked, casting another disquisted look at the furry infant.

"Well she is just a stubborn child.." Vohu wispered to Hawk as he climbed up on his shoulders and pouted. Hawk giggled, then reached in his pocket to get the chocolate bar he was saving and gave it to Vohu. Hawk watched as the child struggeled to climb up while Vohu kept watching the girls wings.

"I want wings too.." Vohu whispered to Hawk, "Haha, maybe someday" Hawk said as he stuck is tonge out at Vohu.

Dragain laughed when she saw the look on Ingina's face. She had overheard Vohu's words, and seemed to comfirm it with a slight frown followed by a pout. Dragain carried Lorelei up onto the couch beside Ingina and sat down too, watching the children.

Ingina mused over Vohu's words, "Well she is just a stubborn child...", and felt a strong and sudden urge to try and read his mind. However, she always felt worn out if she forced it, and she did not want to feel tired. Giving a sigh, and turned to Lorelei.

"Who's that?" She asked, directing her words at Rini.

Lorelei smiled thankful at Dragain, before turning and poking her tongue out at Rini. It was moments like this when she understood why she had often heard the word 'brat' attached to Rini's name. Glaring at her sister for a moment longer, she turned her attention to Ingina and Vohu.

"Sister" Lorelei replied to Ingina's question, her words flat with a hint of anger. "Bratty sister" she added after a moment, nodding in seeming agreement to her words.

A smile crossed the red-heads face a moment later, trying to lighten the mood. She didn't want to talk about Rini and how mean she was. "How be Ingina?" Lorelei asked, having never thought to ask earlier with all the excitement at meeting Vohu.

Dragain smiled at Lorelei and giggled, "You're welcome."

"Bratty sister? Karimaru is my nice brother!" Ingina nodded happily at Lorelei and said, "I'm okay. How about Lorelei?" She had decided not to talk about or to Vohu. He didn't seem to talk much anyway, although she sure is very interested in that nice tail of his and would love to touch it again.

"I have two nice brothers" Lorelei replied with a grin, "and three nice sisters". Pausing for a moment, Lorelei placed a thoughtful finger to her lips. "Lorelei is good" she replied, speaking about herself in third person once more. It was something that she had heard someone on the television do once and had been doing it since.

"Turel..Kayin?" Lorelei asked, looking around. It seemed that where-ever Ingina was the two boys weren't far behind. Having only met both infants briefly, Lorelei wanted to meet them again and get to know them better.

"I haven't seen Kayin for long time." Ingina said sadly, "But I saw Turel few days ago... They not here now." She paused briefly and giggled. "Yes, Lorelei is good." She took out a cookie and handed it to Lorelei. "Lorelei want cookie? Is chocolate!" She took out another one and ate it, licking her lips.

Lorelei's eyes lit up at the cookie, having lost her lollipop somewhere in her sisters hair. "Thankies" she said with a grin as she took the cookie from Ingina. She nibbled at it slowly, but soon grew tired with that and shoved the remaining cookie in her mouth. Turning a chocolate stained face to Ingina she grinned. "Tasty" she enthused, rubbing her stomach at the same time.

"Lorelei likes cookie?" Ingina said, feeling delighted. "Let's share!" She took out a whole packet of cookies and placed it on the couch inbetween them. She took out a cookie and gobbled it up within seconds. She licks her fingers and her lips before asking, "Lorelei seen Kayin and Turel?"

Lorelei reached for another cookie, pausing as Ingina asked her a question. She shook her head in response. "Not for a long time" she added, almost sad that she had to give that answer. She hadn't met many other TOR's other then Ingina, Kayin and Turel.

Rini's ears perked up at the mention of cookies. Pushing herself of the lounge, she walked with determination toward the infants. She glared at the children as she reached into the cookie packet, pulling out a handful of cookies. With the cookies now in hand, she spared the infants a final glare as she made her way back to her section of the lounge.

Lorelei's eyes narrowed at her sister, as the pink-haired girl returned to her seat. "Met many others?" Lorelei asked, turning back to Ingina. She hoped that Ingina understood that she was asking if she had met any other TOR's.

Ingina nodded her head slowly. "I met many," she said heistantly, "But some of them I no like... Me prefer you, Turel and Kayin..." Ingina found out, from that question, that she still prefer the ToRs met when she still could not talk. She reached into the cookie packet to find only two cookies left. She took one out and handed it to Lorelei, "One for you and one for me..."

Dragain almost laughed at how Rini had grabbed the cookies. She mused to herself, "I guess that she is still a child at heart, then..."

Lorelei smiled thankfully at Ingina as she took the cookie offered to her. She munched upon it slowly, before a frown crept across her lips. "Why Ingina no like other TOR?" she asked, suddenly slightly nervous.

What is the other TOR were mean and Ingina, Turel and Kayin were the only nice ones? She didn't know whether she wanted to meet the others if they were going to be as mean as she suspected. Lorelei had a hard enough time dealing with Rini's meaness, and wasn't sure whether she would be able to stand it coming from those that could be potential friends.
