Book 5.
'"E" for "Exceeds Expectations." I've always thought Fred and I should've got "E" in everything because we exceeded expectations just by turning up for the exams'

it's still book 5. it's when Ron had his Divination OWLs where he looked at the crystal bowl and said the bad things about a man's face where as he's actually describing the instructor's face..
