Yeah, it happens often. Sometimes you think you have something, but you don't and all the stores are closed. Ask me here for the substitute for almost anything, and I can probably get it to you as soon as I check.

That is good... the most difficult one for me is Vannila. What do you do when you need some of that and don't have any? Other than take some from your neighbor of course.

If you're talking vanilla extract, there's usually NOTHING simpler to replace it. Unless you have any other extracts you like using, like almond or coconut or something.
Vanilla vodka works too...but if you want the vanilla flavour, stick with vanilla.
It's a really hard ingredient to replce. neutral

Teehee. Once, I was makeing a project for school, it was an Apple Cake. We had to make a desert recipe from a different country. I forgot to add the honey and the eggs. It was pure luck that it still tasted good. An Apple Cake tastes almost just like an apple pie.

[ Karma M!lkshake ] Vegan substitute for eggs in cookies, please? Sorry I took so long to reply! I haven't been very active, have I?
Anyway, the perfect solution is flax-seed.
Here it is:
Flax-seed substitute
x Combine 1 tablespoon of milled flax seed with 3 tablespoons of water for each egg (or egg white) you need o Mix it well and let the mixture sit for 1 to 2 minutes. x Add to the recipe as you would an egg. o Test your recipe before preparing it for guests to make sure it tastes right!
