Can I attack someone out of no where?
Not unless they approved a fight.
So what the hell is a Hunter supposed to do if I can't kill anyone?!
Incapacitate. Knock out. Render unconscious. Put them in comas. Deliver mass ownage. HAHA!
What weapons am I allowed to use?
Anything you can get your hands on. Just make sure you don't do too much killing in mortal view, there ARE other people living in this city.
