Arceus hasn't showed up yet, it's event hasn't passed.

The only events of special legendary pokemon of this generation are those in japan only, for the moment for Shaymin and Darkrai

Yet on a japanese version of pearl and diamond you can get both of them through an interesting and hard glitch, but you can lose all your data
