So yea, when I first joined this guild i remember saying that I wanted to buy a camera and digital audio recorder. Well...I have bought the camera!! lol. I also said that I didn't have any friends that were interested in the paranormal. Heh, little did I know, my best friend is just as curios about it as I am. How..exciting xd Anyway, on to my story.......
About a week ago, we were sitting in my room just talking about the different experiences we and people we know have had. [it was kind of weird that most of them happened in my house @_@.] After awhile I said, lets turn off the light and turn on the camcorder. When we did that we continued sharing stories then all of a sudden this heavy, unsettling feeling came over us but we still continued talking.
After a while I told my friend, to try and "talk" with "whatever" was in the room. So she started asking questions like..."Is there anyone in here with us?" and "Can you do something to make us know you're here?" Of course nothing happened and we began to goof off after a while and eventually stopped recording...
As I was turning off the camera I saw in the corner of my eye a very small light hovering a few inches off the ground...And I was like..."WTF and looked completely at it..and then it steadily but quickly moved up the wall. OF COURSE I had the camera off and It was dark. My friend said, "OMG Nettie, did u see that?!" And I go, "What?" She told me and it was the exact same thing I saw.
Now I usually dont think any thing of "orbs" but come on..the room was completely dark. At first I thought, oh maybe it was a reflection from the camera light. But when I pointed the light towards that direction...it looked nothing like the light I saw. And then I thought well...when cars go by, you can see the light pass through the window so we waited for one but 1, the light didn't go down as far as what we saw did. And 2, the light from the cars were WAY too big. 3...the car lights don't travel up and down the wall, they move horizontally. So yeeeah...we're still a bit curios about that one...
On to the really freaky part....
As I was watching the tape over [which was just to get laughs] I heard something that sounded like...welll...have you ever seen the Grudge?? You know that noise the freaky girl makes when she's about to kill you? Thats sort of what I heard. [im not saying that a scary dead girl with no jaw was in my room] It didn't really sound like it was a drawn out "GUUUUUUUUUUUUH" either more like it was talking . I really cant make out what it is though...
Before I reviewed the tape my sister told my friend and I that she had heard a really creepy sound coming from the dining room. She didn't describe it to us or anything, she just stated the fact that she heard it. Surprisingly, it was the same sound I hear a few minutes later on my camcorder. @_@
I still have it on tape but im not so sure of how to get it on the computer to show everyone. haha sweatdrop
Ok, I know that hearing something that you cant hear at the time of recording but is then heard when played back on a type of audio recorder is classified as an EVP.
I was wondering...does that count for something being caught on video too??
But yeeeah...im kinda done now...I just felt like sharing my experience with you....if you have any questions ask...I kinda feel like I left some stuff out o.O lol.
