Arch grunted as the bottle was slid down the table, catching it. The label read, despite belief to the contrary, 'dead dog in a bottle'.
"Tihs a sahng, dahlihn, nothihn moah." Arch took a pull from the drink, scrunching his face up.
"Ahn ah donna raghtleh knohw whuht thea' payihn raght nahw, buht iht muhst beh lohw. Noohohnes traihd fer mah heahd yeht." Arch looked at Ora, then up at Erica. "Thihnk the kihd'd laihke some liquer?"

Ora grinned and started crawling towards Arch, but Erica grabbed her around the waist and held her firmly. "I'm sure she'd love it...but you're not going to be the one cleaning up a baby's hangover."

Arch chuckled. "Hell, juhst the movehmehnt ohf thihs drihnk gehtihn regurgitahtehd'd prolleh mahke iht explohde'r the laihke." Arch stuck a finger out, waving it in front of Ora's face.
"Soh ahws meh god-daughtah ahn hehr mahm bheen sihnce the whohle Henreh thihng?"

"She won't let me sleep." Erica groaned, "and she eats and craps, and pees, and yells, and throws things."
Ora smiled and chomped down on Arch's waving finger, her newest teeth becoming evident.

Arch grimaced as he attempted to pull his finger back, to no avail.
"Ah cahn seh..." Arch said, waving his hand about, the finger still stuck in her mouth.

Ora gurgled happily, still smacking on Arch's finger.
"no....no you don't...not until you've spent days with that thing." Erica grabbed the closes drink and gulped it down.

Erica didn't even hear the word slip, "You're beautiful," she gave Arch a kiss on the lips, handed him the diaper bag, and the baby, and left before he could change his mind.

Arch the Angel Arch raised an eyebrow as she ran out, shrugging as he bounced the baby. "Readeh tah goh cauhse sohme mischeifh, Ora?" Arch grinned wickedly. Ora's eyes lit up, and she gave a wide smile. She grabbed a hold of Arch's hair with her fist and stuck it in her mouth.

"Thaht aihnt fer eatihn." Arch said as he pulled the hair out of Ora's mouth, standing up. He payed the bar keep, walking out of the store. "Let's go teach you how the world really works, Ora."
