Q: What do you do?
A: You discuss here about your current events, and what you plan to do. You may go to the Kanto Region and Johto Region to try to steal from members. But you have to have an event for why you want them. Like, you got a cloning machine and you're cloning copies. However, you must remember that the members are going to hunt you down, they want their pokemon back. You must be willing to fail at a certain moment. ^^ Team Rocket never wins after all, just like any bad guy. xD But this is only because I don't want their favorite pokemon getting stolen, and never getting it back...
Also, you must start at a region before you can come here. Once you've chosen your home region and posted there, then you may travel here to join. ^^
