What do you guys think will happen to George since he failed the interm test. Will he be kicked off the show? Will he get another chance?

I like George as a character, but his story with Izzy is really getting old. I have a feeling the writers thought that it would make a good story, and then couldn't figure out how to get themselves out of the story, and this is the only way that they can make new drama, and end that part of the story. We all knew that George wouldn't be able to go to Mercy West. But what happens now?
