The bat-man blinked in surprise at Victor's words. It wasn't giving up...no...the lizard-man wasn't giving up It was something else...Victor had a plan. "Well...that's debatable..." he said slowly, glancing up at where he knew the helicopter pad was. He then looked back to Victor. "But...you've got a point. Problem is...no signal."

"No...Tommy, don't need a ssssiggnal..." Victor hissed as he then crawled closer to the Bat man, to whisper closely to Tommy's large ear. The lizardman hissed and slurred his words, but the tone of his voice was a mix of guarded optimism and fear. "We migghht not be able to figghht thhem, but thhey ccan't figghht the militarry Tommy, and Thhey ccan't picckk everry bottle out of thhe occean,.....I jusssst want all thhissss sssshhit to end"

Tommy blinked as he lowered his radar-like ear toward Victor's muzzle. At first though, a small smirk came to his mouth...then and grin...then he began chuckling. Finally, he couldn't take it anymore and just started laughing, backing away from Victor. It was so simple! Sure...the odds were astronomical...but there was always a chance...right? Hell...if one of the bottles got into a main current...it would be taken right to a port!
The bat-man's laughter died down as he looked back to Victor, that grin still on his face. "That's so stupid it just may work," he said with glee. He hoped he wouldn't offend Victor with the laughing...but if one did think about it...it was kind of funny.

Victor frowned at Tommy's laughter, an expression that was mirrored on both of his mouths, he was trying to be serious, and Tommy was laughing at him, and his idea. The lizardman backed up away from Tommy a couple of steps
"Itsssss not a ssssssstupid idea, itssss Sssssimple, and easssssy, and don't hhave to worrrry about ggettingg ccaugghht doingg it" Victor grumbled, looking around the dark Village, debating with himself if he should stay or go

Ah crap...I pissed 'em off...well, should'a seen that coming. Seems like I'm the first person he told...and I laughed at him...Christ. Tommy's face fell. "Hey, man...don't be like that, alright?" he said seriously, worried that he may have really hurt Victor's feelings. "I like your idea...I really really like it. I'm just saying that it is so simple that they'll never notice...that's all. I didn't mean to say stupid..." he said softly.

Victor's frown on his upper mouth faded, though the lower one's still remained, he really didn't like hs ideas to be laughed at, not when it was something as serious as this.
"....alrrigghht Tommy... longg assss you thhinkk itssss a ggood Idea" Victor said as he settled down on his legs again, not going anywhere for the moment

Tommy nodded a few times. "Christ, I know how that feels..." he said softly, glancing around before looking back to Victor. "But we gotta be a little more discreet, okay? It could work...but you gotta understand that the chances are astronomical that it would be found...we'll either need a s**t load of bottles or God on our side for this."
He shook his head and sighed. "You got an idea on how to start this?"

Victor nodded as well, knowing the chances were deadfully slim, but a chance was a chance, and would just be as good as winning the lottery in the lizardman's mind.

Tommy shifted weight from one wing to another as Victor talked...his own mind working in overtime. This could really work...He shook his head at the Cody part. "Cody who? I've ah...never met 'em..." He then 'ah'd' at the dolphin part...now that could help. Though...if he was part dolphin...what was stopping him from just swimming away? The chip, he supposed. "Well...alright...I can't really write anything at the moment...but I can give you all the information you need...when you wanna start?"

Tommy nodded...and then laughed as Victor said this, "Yeah...get them to help us out...though knowing our luck, we'll get one with cans and no quarters." He glanced over at the laundry room, checking to see if the clothes were still running and then looked right back to Victor. "But yeah...lemme know, alright? I'm getting better at flying...maybe I can drop some over the ocean..."
