AARRR, in one of my other guilds one of the rules is "dont offend anyone" I understand how that works, but the guild captain has offended 2 people and he says that calling someone color blind and making fun of them for it isnt offending him scream he doesnt understand that people get offended many different ways because everyone is DIFFERENT neutral and so I think that the rule should change cause if u break a rule u get a warning and after 3 ur banned, but u dont kno if ur going to offend anyone when u say something unless u mean to offend someone, so u should ATLEAST have a chance to say ur sorry, but NO, if someone says that they got offended by u, the poll/post gets locked and u get a warning, I think u should be able to say ur sorry before u get NSIGHNSRP banned evil

maybe it just shouldnt be a rule...
more like a guideline
followed by a if we catch u hurting ppl too much
you're banned kinda thing
cuz honestly ppl say things that they dont realize hurt ppl
and its not a perfect world
if the creator person can honestly say they dont offend ppl
then maybe, but until then its all hippocratical (sp?)

yea, and now people are arguing about how some girl accidentally said "everyone's skin is a shade of orange" so the guild captain is getting in her face about it and the girl is just like "I didnt mean to say orange" and they're still arguing about it, but me and another girl are talking aobut how its annoying now

I agree with Jessra. It should be a guideline, not a rule. People make mistakes and have no idea when they are going to offend someone. It happens everyday no matter where you are. Sometimes it goes too far..... but everyone can forgive or be forgiven. That's what I think anyway...

Exactly! There's the obvious respect thing that should be a rule, but you can't avoid offending people. I mean people get offended when people dye their OWN hair or wear certain things...how can a person honestly be expected not to offend another human being with anything??? They can't

yea, I think it should be a guildline too, I've tried to explain it but I think our captain just worries about his guild being destroyed by the mods
