I can get from one place to another with minimal panting, so I'm pretty satisfied.

I run with my friend and do crunches and lift weights every once in a while. Is that all considered strength training?? 'Cause that's the option I chose.

running is aerobic and weights add strength.
so you have a good balance! smile

aerobics is fun when you go with lots of other people as you can have a laugh and get fit at the same time
