haven't gotten the real annoucement or source, but i was bored and looking up games for the wii until the last page there it was "need for speed 2008" and after that checked to see what systems is going to be on and here it is:

Ps3, 360, wii, ps2, psp, and Ds.

no pc/gc/xbox versions crying no game is complete without pc version

1st half of the teaser is in game and when the fd starts up that's when the rendering movie starts

Do you know that for a fact?
I rememeber EA announcing a new graphics engine being used. And those sequences you see with the FD crashing could be possible with next gen.

yes they did announce a graphics engine is being used and the FD crashes were rendered becuase when you hear the fd3s starts up the buildings on the site are perfectly parralled and so it can't be ingame.in game would have different buildings on both sides. and the ballons and lisence plate also help with some "exploring"

Now that you mention it, when the fd does the big burn out .. the rims change and there's a Work's rim vinyl on the side of the car.

Cant wait to see the trailer.
