I found a copy at a local bookstore, but I'm willing to guess that Barnes and Noble stocks it too. You might want to check there. That is, if there's a Barnes and Noble near you.
That said, I admire your taste in literature. If you haven't already, get
Brain Droppings and
Napalm and Silly Putty, two books which will unfortunately never be taught in public schools.
