Dodging the booby traps and their remains, Warren followed behind Eve as she explained.
"This Zapharo fellow sounds formidable. I'd rather he not take your Estate but I would like to meet the digimon someday. He's a DemiDevimon now, you say?"
Warren continued to follow her through the maze and he bellowed a loud laugh at the thought of Eve reducing a Devimon back to Rookie stage.
"That must be embarassing for him, haha. You seem to be able to handle yourself, this is true...you uncles and aunts taught you well. I never would have guessed you'd be so limber and agile. I stand corrected, I should have known you were nothing to take lightly."

"Grandpa says power can come is small packages." She replied. "Dispite the fact that you are evil, you are quite charming." She commented she then came to a complete stop, ahead of her was a four way with the ways blocked by hedge and stone. "Hmm... this is different..." She murmured. She walked up to the exact middle. "Neither up nor down or straight away when in doubt look to the west then south." She turned herself in those exact directions she then paused and looked toward Warren. "Hmm..." She thought. She took two steps his way then lept to the left twice, walked toward him twice more steps and stopped exactly before him. Behind her two of the blocked ways opened. "Thought so." She said and turned around heading toward the one on her left.

"Your grandpa sounds pretty smart if he taught you all of this. Is stopping booby traps and figuring out puzzles your forte or are you always this adamant and skillful?" Warren said jokingly, with a grin.
Warren followed her down the path of the maze thinking to himself and wondering why he was so interested in her, so quickly. The very thought of the two of them even working together in this maze, let alone in the long run, puzzled him.

Eve was charmed by the Devimon, but she knew there would be a problem when grandpa found out. He did not like Devimon period, and what with Boss Zapharo still coming around, he had to be wary of them. He was so quick to tell her that when she first told him her dream.
She then turned the corner and suddenly vanished.

Rubbing his chin, Warren walked behind Eve still thinking to himself about her in general. He wondered what her family will think when he eventually meets them. Maybe it would be best, he decided if he just gave up the fantasy of having any relations with the Lucemon he so quickly had taken a liking for.
Coming back to reality, he opened his mouth to ask Eve another question as they walked through the maze. She turned the corner and as he followed her, he realized she was nowhere to be seen. He looked in every direction around him, even up, but she wasn't in sight.
"Eve...?"
Calling her name he continued on the path in search of the Lucemon.

"Just keep walking." Came Eve's voice. "Go through the barrier, I'm sitting right here." She said again
