I don't really read the manga, I'm just wondering what episode # the ACTUAL new episodes are on (that r on TV). I get so confused!

In the US (the english version), the new episodes are 126 & 127. The next new episodes, 128 & 129, are going to air this Saturday Jan. 5th on Cartoon Network. But if you mean the very latest, latest episodes of Naruto in Japan (Naruto: Shippuden), then the latest episodes are 41 & 42. The next new episode, 43, is going to air in Japan on Jan. 10th, but won't be available online till the 11th.
The manga is currently on Ch. 384, btw. ^^
Hope that cleared things up a bit.
