Hey Im having problems with underwired bra's....I kinda well, fall out of the top of them because they dont have any 'pull up' in the front. I mean, if i tighten the straps, then it looks all bumpy and like I'm wearing a bra thats too small for me...And if I go up a cup size, then the cups are too big and I fall out that way when I lean forward or I'm in PE. Is is just me? Any advice and I would be so grateful! Thanks!

You might have to get a different bra or you might be wearing the wrong size.
If you have a place that specializes in bras, like Victoria Secret, they can tell you what size you are supposed to be wearing.
If you are wearing the right size, then it might be the cut of the bra that is giving you trouble. Some bras are cut very low so that you can wear low cut shirts or dresses with them. I fall out of those if I bend over too. When you buy a bra, you should try on a lot. Bras can be really difficult and tedious to shop for. I suggest getting one in your size in just about every brand or style the store carries and trying them all on. Don't forget to bend over and see if you fall out!
You could also look into sports bras or those tank tops with bras built in. You could wear one over your regular bra during gym.

**Im a guy** My Ex, has that problem all the time ... she has really big breast (FYI not the reason I liked her) and she just kinda deals with it because it happens all the time despite her best efforts.
But she did tell me something about special ordering from victoria secret and it seems lorien says the same thing so that might be a good idea to try.

Try to get a fitting done to see if your wearing the right bra or not. Or possibly buy a bra with no underwire? that's what I do.
