I have decided to bring this thread back up to date in light of reccent events. I am sure that all of you have heard about Britney Spears Sister, Jamie-Lynne. She is the star of the show Zoey 101.

Okay, I do think it's crazy that they are willing to pay for pictures of her baby.
I am not going to be down on Jamie-Lynne or anything, but I wonder where her mother was at this time. I read online that Jamie-Lynne and her boyfriend, Casey have been dating since he was 16 and she was 13. My mom would have stopped that in an instant. There is no way that she would have been fine with it.
In a way I feel sorry for Lynne Spears. First Britney is losing her mind and then her youngest child is pregnant at 16. I am sure that they can get through this as a family.
I hope that Jamie Lynne will step up to the plate and be a good mother. That she will take care of her child to the best of her ability and that she'll take good care of herself, too. I really hope she doesn't have a break down like her sister.
Nickeloden is talking about doing a special on the event. I think that would be good for young girls out there. Sex is a big step in life and you have to be prepared for the down side of it, too. I am not saying that a baby is a down side, but it's not a good thing at 14 or 15 years old. The best thing to do is to wait. Wait until you are older. Birth control and condoms are not a 100% thing and an STD is a horrible thing.
