Is there anyone here who has seen it and LIKED IT?
Good GOD. I've only found a few people who were actually pleased with it.

I'll agree that they tried to fit WAY too much into a less-than-three-hours-long movie, but I thought they did a good job all the same. The acting was great, the special effects were awesome, and holycrapDRAMA.
Although I'll admit that I never was a fan of the original comic/cartoon series, so maybe that's why nothing really bothered me..
So.. anyone else share my love for this movie? D:

I watched the movie twice. Once at the theatre and then the other was a bootleg in my AP Gov class. xP
I'm not really a fan of Spiderman so I can't say I enjoyed it all that much. Some of the acting seemed lame, and some parts were predictable. Other than that, I think it was a good movie. Though, I was a bit sad when [spoileralert]
Harry died.[/spoileralert]
Although I did enjoy the emo part. ;D
And the pelvic thrusts ~<3

I'm going to agree with you on the acting part. At times, yes, I thought it was horrible. @.@ And the script was so undeniably cheesy during some parts. As for the predictable-ness.. what superhero movie doesn't have that? >>;

I almost died when Peter let his bangs hang over his face, though. I think that was an obvious jab at 'emos.'
And Harry.. ;;-;;

What happened to Harry was what affected me the most, I think.
I also think that they didn't do justice to the ending. I think it ended too quickly. I would've liked to see more things happening, but then again, it WAS a long movie. I was almost late for a test when we watched it.
I was a little annoyed with Peter's emo-ness, but I suppose that was the point. Though... Tobey Maguire's face just isn't made for emo.
I enjoyed the special effects, and I'm glad that this time, Kirsten Dunst didn't look too old to play MJ.
I'd give the overall movie 8/10.

I loved the movie XD
I especially loved the "bad-side" of Spidey, but the funny part was when Peter was dancing on the street XD
I'd give it a 9/10
(Some of it was pretty predictable, but hey it IS a superhero movie)

I had the same problem, all of my friends disliked it. (Saying the dancing was scary...>_>) But my parents and I loved it! gonk heart
I was literally crying at the end, specifically with the sandman blowing away in the wind and Harry...

I also really enjoyed the church scene what with venom and the crazy photographer guy. It was certainly artistic. <3
And Peter... I have mixed feelings about him and MJ both, the ending seemed very dark. But I think Peter was able to repent after hearing of his Grandfather's real killer, just being able to forgive the Sandman and save Mary Jane, so it's all good. (I hope.)
Oh, and, all of the action was really well put together and-
Okay, fine, I'll shut up now.
