Hey (Ima noobie),

I saw the pro-choice t-shirt topic and it gave me an idea. I want a pro-choice shirt really bad but I don't know which one to get. I want something subtle, funny would be good also. I don't want anything too offensive because I would like to wear this to school, as I think teens need to know there is another side to abortion than the one they get dragged into. I could deal with people harassing/getting pissed at me, I do already when hear me talk about abortion, I just shrug my shoulders and tell them what I believe. I also ask them to look up some nonbiased facts when they get home to educate themselves. If people get in my face I will just shrug and walk away, I want to be peaceful about it, ya know? I would be okay with getting jumped for what I believe, you can't silence me. I would also be okay with being forced to turn it inside out (well I wouldn't but I wouldn't cause any problems).

I like these so far:

And have any of you worn a pro-choice shirt to school? How did that go for you? What did your shirt say?

I rather like the first and the third, personally. The second isn't bad, but I think the other ones get the message across better.

I would, and probably will buy a pro-choice t-shirt in the future. Though, since I live in a fairly liberal area, I don't think I'd deal with as much heckling and irritation as people who live somewhere where the people are less open minded.

I like the first one the most.

I have a shirt that says "My government is taking away my civil liberties and all I got was this lousy t-shirt", but I don't think that counts. If it had "pro-choice" people might get it. If it had the word abortion ("Don't agree with it? don't get one.") on it, people would definately get it.

I just wouldn't like having to explain it to very little kids.
