No one can force you to get an abortion.
No one She can march your a** down to Planned Parenthood, and say you want one, but they won't let you get one without talking to you alone. They ask you and make sure you aren't being pressured to get one. It's your body. Even if you are under 18, she cannot make you, so don't let her pressure you to do something you don't want.
As for moving in with him. The only way I can think someone else could get custody of you is if you were married to him, in which case then maaaybe your boyfriend's mom could get custody of you. BUT. Your mother would have to sign off.

Age Requirement
What is the minimum age a man or woman may marry?
You must be 18 years old or older to marry without parental consent. A birth certificate may be necessary to show proof of age.
What if one or both of us is younger than 18?
If either partner is under 18, parents or legal guardians must be present. If a parent can not be present, due to death, separation, divorce or other circumstances, proper evidence must be presented for verification. You will need a certified copy of your birth certificate. If you are under 16 you can not marry without a court order.

I am not advocating you marry him. Being pregnant and having a baby together will not guarantee you'll always be together. But, legally, that's the only thing I see.
You could try to contact a lawyer and check out your options, though.
