My weight now is 180 (a little more than i thought it was. gaining weight sucks) my goal- 130 buy the end of the summer. that's 50 pounds >< i'm going to cut down on fat and sugar intake (high frutose cornsyrup, not the fruit sugar) change my lunch meat to turkey, instead of pasta, have salad with just a table spoon of dressing (i'll try to get vinegrette instead of fatty ranch or parmpeppercorn) i'll do a log probably three times a week, depending on my schedule. every week I will change my excersize schedule to one a little harder to build up endurance without shocking my body. not at all will i result to drugs or weightloss pills. maybe a vitamin tablet here or there, but nothing dramatic please feel free to post encouragement and tips. ^^ this is a lot of work and modivation and "you can do it"s and "git er dun"s are going to be needed

starting pic (ugh, it's so ugly ><. one of the worse pics i've ever had taken) [x] Goals 5lbs by the end of the month reward- unknown, i'll find one!
i will make more goals once i see the rate that i'm losing weight at ^^. this is my first real attempt to loose weight with both excersize and dieting.

yay go us! i'm going to start my excersize routine tomorrow and it's pretty intense (well for me xD) i've got a 45 minute walk jog sprint combo and a 30 minute dog walk, 1 winsor pilates excersize and a lot of crunches, sit ups and pushups. and every week it's going to get harder. i'm looking for fast weightloss. but not too fast, not to endanger my health
but even as we speak i'm eating ice cream gonk when shoping for food, i picked up fenway fudge without thinking i got a smaller portion, though! ^^;
