I played Dirge of Cerberus, watched Advent Children.
I am going to get Crisis Core, and if Before Crisis ever gets ported to the PSP [heard a rumor it might] I'll defiantly get that.
Also if FFVII is ever remade that'd be another one I'd get.

Before Crisis is NOT going to hit shores outside of Japan. All rumours are just that; rumours. However, there are translations of the script on the internet. I know of at least three different ones (though none of them are finished).
Started reading the "Maiden Who Travels the Planet" as well as the translations of "The Case of Denzel" and "The Case of Tifa"
Played all released FF7 spin-off's in the UK except the Chocobo ones (so hard to get hold of outside of EBay). Paid a bloody bundle for Ergheiz as it was!
Crisis Core is still sort of 'in negotiations' for USA and Europe releases... so much for that world wide market... ******** governments.
Parden my French but really... are we not one planet, under one sky?

The problem with games being released; there are many languages, and many different countries. So translating becomes a big pain with regional coding.
Although with the PS3 not having any regional coding; it should be less of a hassle; still a hassle but not as big, although there are no spinoffs confirmed for the PS3.

It's the regional coding I was getting at, rather than the translating. I can't believe companies are still distributing DVD's with different regional codes when it so simple to get any DVD from almost anywhere in the world and then change the region of your DVD player... well all mine are set to 0 except the one on my laptop.

Yeah; that is probably the worst business thing ever. I believe though the PSP is region free, that is you are up to importing; in case it doesn't come to where you live for awhile. [They did that for FFXII and DOC I believe.]

PS2 games are set to regions. Apparently PS3 are not, but I don't own one and have lost touch with the gaming world in the last few years... lack of monies...

My spin-off experience unfortunatly lies only within X-2 and Tactics. Anyone else want them to make a Blitzball game?

Crisis Core, and I've watched Advent Children. I'm thinking about starting Tactics again, because I didn't really get into it and it's been awhile.
