Okay everyone whose read Micah and/or Danse Macabre knows about the unknown strain Anita carries.Does anyone have any idea what it could be?I'm thinking it could be rat or jaguar or hyena just because she has been in close contact with them.Although I don't think she got starch by a jaguar in OB maybe by a rat in GP or CS or by a hyena by NC.I don't know any ideas? confused I do think it might be another cat.

Eclipse-Black Could be a snake... or the blood tests finally recognizing the panwere...? Can't be snake.You can only catch snake if u are born with it or curse if i remember correctly.Oh and I just remember she might have bear cause Chimera had that too.

I haven't read Danse Macabre but I think it might be Jaguar. Cause a lot of the problems started AFTER Obsidian...then again Micah didn't appear until Narcissus but still...

actually with the snake it could be because chimera had snake in him and he wasent born a snake they did not say that you could not catch snake just that they were one of the few that could carry to term there is also different types of the snake strain chimeras was from the amazon

i think its hyena because in narcissus she did come in contact with a lot of werehyena blood

actually in the books jean claude always says that anita is something the preternatural community has never seen before. it is medically impossible for her to have 4 strains of lycanthropy, a vamp servent and other powers she is gaining like a master vamp and alpha lycan. i say that she will have panwere strain. she will continue to add different strains. i also think she will be like the mother of darkness, why else would the sweet mother be interested in anita? also the is the fact she can take the powers of vamps who use them against her. that also has a part in it i think. any way it's my opinion.

It would be cool if it was the Panwere strain... Can you imagine Anita experimenting, like she likes to do, and accidently mixing forms together? That would be cool...

I think it's whatevah "Mommy Dearest" children has. When Anita shot the were she was splattered in blood and she was in the middle of battle so she could have gotten infected then.

Sabretooth Tiger wasn't it? Or was that Mommy Dearest and not the servants? Now that would be interesting. Unlike the other strains, she wouldn't be able to just hand that one off into a like animal when it acts up. There aren't any.

I truly think it is very possibly panwere due to hte fact that there has been three maybe recorded panweres ever. We would have no idea if there is a panwere strain and do to the lycanthrope virus's legendary hostility to all other alien 'crobes in the host system ,including other strains of the lycanthope virus itself, there has to be somthing calming it down.
