Kuroi Kokoro no Mendori Deus Vivit *Rolls Eyes* If you say when it will happen it wont happen then. Wrong. Giving a date doesn't mean you know it'll happen then. It's just a wild guess. If I say "The Rapture will occur sometime between now and infinitely far into the future", that doesn't mean it'll never happen. Of course, I personally believe the end of the world will come about Next Thursday.That confused the crap out of me.

It will happen when God is ready and knows we are ready. Love as if it will happen very soon. Plan as if it won't happen in your lifetime.

I believe it will happen at the end of the Tribulation, when Christ returns to the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem (Acts 2). The evidence for a pre-Trib rapture is sketchy, at best. Reading between the lines from a verse in 1 Thessalonians does not constitute establishing the truth with two or more witnesses. I think you need 2 or more verses to prove it. The bottom line is that we have to be ready by obeying His commandments (OT and NT commands), pay attention to the times and seasons and be totally steeped in Scripture and truth, or we won't be able to discern when things are happening and who not to trust. Also, be ready to die for your faith!

promised_child Reformed Baptist http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dispensationalism that isnt biblical. ok so i see your point here, but no one will know when Christ returns, it isnt given unto man to know. Actually it is biblical. I have studied it for a while, and all of it was backed up with scripture. I dont believe things that are not in the bible trust me. But this stuff is well backed up.
