I don't think they will leave Japan because there is no other place as cool or as interesting.

And the story would end.
They might leave for a tiny bit at some point and then decide to come back though.

Given how things are going between Piro/Kimiko and Largo/Erika, I don't
see them leaving without some complications. They've definitely got
some 'roots' now even though they've only been there a short while (it
seems longer because we've waited so long between comics, but actually
the whole plot after Largo breaks his arm near the beginning has been
happening over a series of just a few days...).

I dun think they'll leave..unless like one of the characters runs away and they have to go after them.

Heh, they'll probably go home for the series to end. Or some twist like everyone ends up in America and it's a new quest for them to get back to Japan or something. That'd be interesting to see Junpei and everybody else in America, lol. ^^
