Now, I'm sure all of you know that there has been some conflict about Akito's gender in this guild and that I've been trying to presuade some of you that Akito is female. Well I just checked on Tokyopop about when volume 17, which is where Akito's gender will be confirmed, will be released. The date is August 5.
So I'm hoping that most, if not all, of you will be able to get the latest volume and we can clear the air and get a few things straight.

I heart Fruits Basket! I read the books 1-16 (in english) and my mom bought me books 17-22 of Fruits Basket but it is written in korean and i can't read it sooo all i can do is look at the pretty pictures!!!!!! crying

Yeah, I bought the Chinese manga because I wanted to improve on my Chinese, for the one with Ren on the cover, that is. I can't remember what volume it is. I'm still trying to read through it, because I desperately want my Chinese to improve, but I don't really get what's going on.
I'm saving up for the English version now. And don't tell me spoilers!
