Face set in a determined frown, Selyna listened carefully to what she was being told. Standing and walking over to the window, she stared out with her thumbs hooked in her pockets as she thought long and hard, her bak towards her new ally. Lose my humanity.... There has to be another way..... She furrowed her eyebrows and huffed. Go insane or die are my only options? Couldn't I just be a spy or something and stay out of your way? The thought of losing her humanity sounded drastic and unappealing. She turned back around and walked over to Trisha's side, her thumbs still hooked in her pockets. Becoming a werewoldf will mean I lose the last thing I have of my family.... Myself.... Reaching for her father's torn piece of shirt, she waited to see if maybe there was some loophole she could slip through.

Matthias nodded reassuringly. "I'm sure we'll be able to keep him safe. We're all very capable..." He nodded again and let silence follow for the remainder of the trip, lost in his own collection of thoughts. They mostly centered on the boy, occasionally deviating to minor things.

And then they found that vampire. He hung back at Dara's side while the other two fetched the foul cretin. Matthias sighed slowly and clenched a fist. The... boy? Matthias couldn't quite tell, but something was screaming a faux pas. Still, there wasn't time to question that. Perhaps this vampire could be of some use.

"Just a second, Dara. We shouldn't waste our resources. Question the child. See what we can... dig out. Worthwhile or not, we'll at least find out how much a vampire can take before giving up their information."

Dara glanced at Matthias, anger and grief plain on her face as she thought of everything the vampires had done. She hated to spare the life of any vampire, but... But Matthias was right, this vampire could hold information that could be deamed useful. Then there was the fact that the vampire was out in daylight. Was the curse on the vampires fading?

Nodding to Matthias she said, "Yes, that seams a better course of action."

"Lion, take Ambrose and get him clean," she said to the wolf, who let go of the vampire, making sure Cane quickly got a grip on her other arm, and he took Ambrose from Dara.

"As you wish, Alpha, but I would have liked to be the one testing out the vamps stamina," he said as he walked towards where Dara had heard the stream. He understood why she had picked him, though.

With a sigh she turned back to the vampire and glared at her. "So, she we do this the painfull way, or the less painfull way?"

Sesheta was happy that she was off of death-road for now, but the new prospect in front of her wasn't too pleasing. She struggled slightly at the werewolf's hold on her, but gave up quickly. The small test of strenght told her she needed a little ingenuity to get out of this predicament.

The head injury was throbbing less and less, but was being replaced by the pain that came from her arm. Being out in the sun and not in the shadows she was traveling in made her lightheaded. The vampire gave a shrug to the female werewolf's choices.

"I can't give you a straight answer for that," she gave a friendly smile toward her. "I know not of the ways the torture is taken out. I don't know which is the better choice."

Trisha shook her head.

"I never said it would drive you insane," she said. "You wouldn't loose yourself at all. A wolf is..." she tried to grasp for the words but knew they didn't exist, "...We are human. It is our decendency. It is why we protect the humans still. Do you view me as less than human, for the fact that I can change skins?"

She sighed and shook her head. "But I do not wish for you to persue this course, as it is. All I know is that for now, I don't know how you would ever be able to work into our world. We are human, but we aren't in the same breath. It is not my decision to make, though I will help you out in any means I possibly can..."

She let out a tired breath than. "Do not persue the avenue I have told you of, though," she said, looking her square in the eyes now. "I told it to you in hopes to discourage you from trying to ask our alpha on joining us, for that would be the only course she would have the authority to give you without ensiting a revolt amongst the pack."

Dara shrugged and looked to Cane.

"Let's just say, you answer as many of our questions as we ask and there will be as little pain to you as possible," Cane whispered to the vampire.

"Now, why are you here, in broad daylight?" Dara asked, then realised to add, "And how the heck are you standing in daylight and not bursting into flames? What is different about you, vampire?"

She was starting off easy now, with more obvious questions.

He threw the body away as if it was a feather. As far as he was conserned, a feather held more worth than it, now that it was drained. He made his way out of the room and down the hallway.

"Valent!" His shout was sharp but cold. Immedently the one called Valent had appeared behind him.

"Yes sir." Valent said.

The vampire stopped for a second, making his lesser cringe in fear of doing somethin wrong.

"I was told that the search for Seshita failed again," He turned to face Valent. He fixed him with a long cold stare. "Well, I would like to know why?"

"Well...sir...it seems..." The vampire studdered in fear of how upset his leader would be to know what happened. "it seems that the werewolves have captured her."

Kalin said nothing but instead went back to walking down the hallway.
"Then why is no one going back out there to get her back?" He asked in a cold hiss.

"I will send someone right away sir."

"Good idea, now be gone from my sight." With that Valent disappeared down the other end of the hallway. Kalin sighed as he entered another room of the large castle. Once inside he sat down on the only chair. He closed his eyes. 'If they keep getting caught while trying to find her we'll never catch her. I'm going to have to take matters into my own hands soon.' Sighing he opened his eyes again as some one opened the door.

"Valent said you seemed stressed." A woman's voice echoed through the room. "I hate it when your stressed, your always grumpy then."

Not a soul was in the room and Kalin tried to ignore the voice. "We should have never fought for the demon...it brought us nothing but trouble hasn't it?" His own voice echoed as the door was closed by the wind.

"oh, that again...can't you leave the past alone." the voice echoed back. No one else would have heard it.

Opening and closing her mouth at the question of if Selyna thought werewolves were less than human, she looked confused. Surely they think of us as less than they.... Shifting irritatedly, she huffed. How can you expect to protect us, but not allow us to protect ourselves? Everything right now is about propagnda. Expose the vampires, show them for the disgusting creatures they are! Surely some will fear, but oters will take a stand to attack, taking more attention off of you when you're fighting along side of us. Now the whole "changing skins" thing, I haven't worked out yet, but this could work....... Let help......She sounded defeated and it was because she felt that way. Selyna had never been able to help in anything she'd felt strongly about, not her mother, the rest of her family, even her own life was given over to the state. Now an outcast in her own race, she had information and ways to help this group and she couldn't find a way to fit in here either. Wondering if she even had a purpose in life, she sighed and grabbed her bag, situating it's contents to not be a bother as she walked. I don't know what good it'll do me to stay here and wait if I'll just be told to leave anyway. I'll take my chances out there. Adjusting the strap on her bag and slinging it over her shoulder, she held out her hand to Trisha and weakly smiled. Thanks for answering a question that's been haunting me forever.

((No, no. The rp is still going. ^.^ I've just been busy.
I did put a reply to your end of things in black, above.))

Trisha jumped up quickly. She took Sylena's hand within her own and shook her head.

"I can't let you leave," she stated firmly, her grip tightening on hers. "You must stay. I will speak on your behalf, but no matter what, you are in this now. You can't just walk away from it."

She shook her head. "You have to stay."

((Didn't see that. sweatdrop I get busy myself, so I understand.))

Sesheta mentally kicked herself for the obviousness of her condition. She shrugged with her head down. All I need to do is answer the questions, she thought. But will they like the answers?

"Well it isn't a birth defect," she assured the werewolves. "We haven't evolved like that. I'm out here because I'm traveling." Running away is the more correct answer, she blankly thought to herself.

Then she attemped to point at her left hand, though found it difficult. "My left arm is what allows me out in the sun."-- Though it still is tiring out here.--"Thats why you shouldn't grip me so hard," she said to the werewolf that was holding her. Have no idea if it'll kill you, she mentally stated for the reason.

((Yea! I can respond!))

A bit shaken up by Trisha response to her leaving, Selyna's head cocked to the side, but she didn't squeeze back for fear of some kind of dominance being asserted, and at this point she had none to assert. Nodding though at her new acquaintance saying she would speak on her behalf, the young girls heart quickened a bit at the thought of standing before a pack of wolves, waiting to hear her finally judgement be decided.
Alright, I'll stay. No need to get dominate with me. Sighing as she looked longingly out the window again, not knowing several hours before was the last of her "freedom" she turned back to Trisha and shrugged as she spoke. So what do we do now? Surely you can't expect me to sit inside until your pack leader gets back?
