Have you ever heard of plastic mouthpieces? They're really good in cold weather I guess so a lot of people get them for marching band when it get's cold. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get one. Does anybody else have a P. mouthpiece? Do you like it?

I have one. It works really well. The only thing I don't like much is it after a while you leave teeth marks on the top from where you bite down on it.

I got a plastic moutpeice for my tuba (It glows in the dark xd ) I really like it, I used it at one of the late-night football games in November and didn't get my lips tuck to my mouthpeice when i went to play. the only problem is my BD doesn't like me using it, he says you get a better tone from the metal ones. So much for my glow-in-the-dark mouthpeice. crying

^ You got to consider you don't get very good tone with your lips glued to your mouthpiece xd lol

A life? What’s that…?
I got a red one for my trumpet. :]
Works nicely since our school colors are red, blue, and white.
They work very well. I like 'em.
… And where can I download one?

I live in florida so their isnt really a need for plastics. We have one kid who got a plastic becase he said it makes his trumpet lighter so where always like"Dude trumpet weighs ten punds at the most, how much lighter do you want it".
