Appearance: Normally, Nicco would be hard to see in a crowd, but her bright salmon hair and outrageous fashion sense make her hard not to notice. Her petite figure is backed by an adorable round face with almond eyes the color of flames. It's hard not to notice them when she's constantly blinking with a childlike curiosity. This childlike demeanor along with her small stature make people often mistake her as a child around the age of eleven or twelve. However, when she has her facts straight and when she's serious, she appears to be the age she was intended (roughly seventeen). NOTE: she's roughly five feet tall.
Resting upon her shoulders is a white cape with enter twined circular designs near the bottom. These designs are flesh colored and outlined in brown. This cape also supports a loose white hood. Nicco doesn't usually wear this hood unless it's cold, rainy, or she's hiding something. It's only used in those rare occasions when the girl wants to "blend in." Along the length of her arms are two loosely-fitted white sleeves that turn into fingerless gloves as they reach her dainty hands. The top she wears resembles that of a corset with a split tail reaching towards the back of her thighs. Born with the sense to accessorize, this top is the same salmon color as her hair. Tucked under the corset and extended out from her hits is a small yet broad white skirt with pink trim.
Around Nicco's neck is a brown leather collar with four long straps hanging down, each ending with three large golden hoops at the ends. Her white thigh-high socks tuck inside the cuffs of brown leather boots that reach just below the middle of her shin. Around these boots extend a small hoop. Their purpose is unknown.
Needless to say, Nicco jingles slightly when she walks and is known for dressing provocative to try and boost her age appearance. Although, even when dressed in a scandalous manner, Nicco can pull off the cutest facial expressions. Her smile is bright and encouraging; her pout is just oh-so-adorable. When she cries, she just looks pitiful and when she laughs, even the manliest men sigh in adoration. Her expressions are all very intense and animated.
Nicco walks with her head held high and walks with her toes pointed directly forward. Her fiery eyes are often seen gazing upward with a curious expression played on her face or giving dull looks at people as her full lips press into a sarcastic grimace. When she walks, she usually has a cheerful bounce in her step, even though she can be quite clumsy from time to time.
Her hair appears short from the front, being worn in high pigtails with choppy bangs assaulting the top of her head, but on the back of her head rests a thick low-kept ponytail that cascades down past her hips. She wears a large white hair bow to keep it in place, and two small black crosses for her pigtails. The way she wears her hair fits the somewhat "futuristic" style of her clothes. She's rarely seen wearing anything "normal" or plain. Her style is quite unique and flashy, but compared to some people around Durem, her style isn't that hard to imagine.
Personality: She's the type of person that is easy to read. Nicco over exaggerates her emotions for unknown reasons. She has a tendency to blurt out whatever's on her mind and usually doesn't think things through before she does so. Her personality often comes off is stubborn or pushy and she can seem a bit arrogant, often seen speaking in third person point-of-view about herself. Some might say she appears to have a personality disorder, as well as mild mood swings.
However, her mental state on the inside isn't as childish as she portrays. She's extremely bright and calculating. Even though she doesn't think things through before she speaks, her mind functions as quickly as possible to use her slip-ups to her advantage. Nicco can be highly manipulative without being suspected. People often mistake her skills manipulating people as childlike behavior, unaware that she's intentionally doing what she does.
Although she may seem social, she's the type of person who constantly talks about nothing. She's seen in as a social butterfly, but she never lets anything personal slip out of her mouth. She enjoys listening to others talk about their lives and what goes on; she logs these things into her memory for later use. Her weakness, though, is attractive older men (but not too old, just older than her). She's known for telling them whatever they want to know if they just ask her directly. Nicco is a dedicated helper and loyal to those she allies with. She's the stubborn type of friend that you can't get rid of, even when you're sick of them.
History: Nicco was created the way any other living being was created: the joining of a male and female. However, her mother aborted her a few weeks into the pregnancy. What the mother didn't know was that the fetus of her unborn child was shipped off to a lab to under go experimentation. Created by Professor Haunda, Nicco's growth was accelerated to its current state within a year. Organs were ruptured during the process, so a great percent of her body is made out of prosthetics from the lab. One could say that she's almost a cyborg of sorts.
Professor Haunda's main goal was to create the ultimate spy. Instead, he got Nicco; a reckless girl with an unbelievable range of emotion. She did, however, have the skills he'd been looking for. Due to this fact, he chose not to terminate her as a failed experiment, but let her live on, posing as his daughter. She was gifted by the Professor with increased agility, senses, super-human strength, and advanced mental state. She processes information almost like a robot. Other than being a "super being," Nicco does not actually possess any real powers.
She lived with the Professor for two years, learning all of his plans to create a line of humanoid robots. He wanted to perfect cyborgs beyond the point of perfection and Nicco was his first near-success. However, one night their lab was broken into. All of the Professor's research was stolen and the lab was utterly destroyed. Not only that, but the Professor himself was dismembered and left to die. Only three years old and bearing an insufficient appearance, Nicco set out in to the world, taking her "father's" name while she seeks those who destroyed his lab. Her goal is to recover the research her master had collected and avenge his death.
However, she stumbled across something much much bigger than her own little world...
Additional Information: Nicco talks in her sleep, and fluently. If one were to ask her a question while she was in a deep sleep, she would tell you the anwser to the best of her ability and not remember it. She's also a sucker for romantic gifts like flowers and plushies. When she's alone, she acts more mechanic. Her bubbly personality fades and she tends to be more serious-natured.
