Place: Meilo’s Isle
Plot: Meilo’s Isle is a futuristic Las Vegas. Criminals run rampant and the only ones who can stop them are the few people/aliens willing to stand up to them. Masked heroes some of which would be what we call police, people/aliens with no super-powers, or superheroes, humans/aliens with powers. Mafia and gangs on every corner hardly a place to call home. Gambling is a big past time here. The only place to find some solace on this island is Serenity’s Beach. No crime happens on this beach and no one knows why. This RPG takes place on Rhei, the hot spot of gambling and mob bosses.
