I was so excited to hear that after only a weekend, they were sending my cherishdoll alley unicorn to me. I should have gotten it today. I was all excited about it. But then I got home. No box, no postal note. Nothing. I checked up my package and I found they sent it to the wrong state! Now it's being sent back! Noooo! They nearly did this with my DoD Kirill, almost sending it to Connecticut, but crossed it out and sent it to New Jersey like it was supposed to be. But not my Alley... *sniff* I'm so bummed. I hope to email Cherishdoll and get this fixed. My girl needs to come home!

that really sucks! I hope everything works out. Its a horrid thin to happen. I had something similar happen to a package I sent. It ended up in the right country, but neither of us could find out where it was till the recipient of the package finally got a letter stating were it was. I hope they get it straightened out for you . Keep hopeful! sweatdrop

Oh gosh I'd be in tears! crying That's so scary. This is why I triple check everything and make sure they have my address right. For some reason CD doesn't ask for a postal code or your state when they prompt you for a shipping address. My full address shows up when they recieve their payment through paypal though.
That's so scary, I hope she gets to you safe and sound, I'd e-mail CD immediatly. They're very nice and prompt with responses. It's about 11:10 Pm here, so you should get a response from them around this time. :hopes:

Yeah, I didn't even realize that my zip code wasn't even on my shipping order, especially since it's on my paypal shipping address. I also had no idea there was another town in Connecticut with the same name. Go fig. Anyway, I've emailed Cherishdoll and they've already responded. I've sent them my zip code, so hopefully she'll get to me soon.

that's just horrible eilonwy... CD's are around yo-sd size right? for their price I might just pick up the little chubby demon.

Yeah, they're about yo-sd sized, perhaps just a tiny bit smaller. I've compared the sizing they gave with the size of my bambicrony and they're very similar, and I've been told bambicrony can wear yo-sd clothes, so they should be about the same.
Sadly, my girl left the States at about 5:50 Friday afternoon, bound for Korea, so I won't have her with me tomorrow. But CD has been in touch - they are amazing that way - and have my correct address and will send her back to me as soon as they get her. So I should have her by the end of next week at the latest, I'm imagining. Believe me, from now on I'll be making sure everything shows up properly for my address when I order my kids.

Whoo hoo! Although I'd tracked my girl as she went all the way back to Korea, and nothing new had happened on my order page, I've suddenly received a notice of a package attempted to be delivered to my house today! I don't think I'm waiting for anything else, so it's got to be my girl! It came from the same place, even if they didn't change the tracking number for me. So tomorrow I'll be able to get her. Finally, she's here!

There was a story on a forum, a seperate site I go on, that they sent the doll to the wrong house, becuase the mailman was stupid and since it was from Korea, the oriental lady in the hotel got it.
The lady thought it was trash, and threw the poor thing away.
And it said that the trash gets compacted daily.
o_o Just. J-just want to say..
So, be glad THAT didn't happen.. >_>;
