The face is good. I think the hair could do with a more detail, more shading.

Her left (our right) cheek needs more shading, it looks too flat when compared with the other one.
More detail on the hair is a must. For great justice.
And usually I'd say "More contrast!"; however, I'm obsessed with high contrast, so pay no mind to that comment.

Wow, I love it
-wants to commision but has no money-
Though, I would thicken out the eyebrow and move it down an itty bitty bit. I'd also make the eyes less blurry

mmmyeah i should do something about the eyebrow but i'm feeling rly lazy....
uh here's another wip i need to finish things before i start new ones sighs.

It seems to be coming along nicely, though his head does seem a smidgen too large... and your lines could do with a little bit more weight in some areas (the hair). Also, i'd shorten his middle finger just a tad. razz
