I'm about to start getting materials for a patchwork skirt, and I'm wondering if any of your guys sew your own clothes? Any tips?

I like making clothing, but my real passion, sewing-wise, is making ragdolls. whee It's so fun! And I love collecting toys.

take your time on the stitches. it'll make even the worst made clothe slook tons better if the stitches are in line. i just started sewing too but I learned how to sew quilts wehn i was 4. just take your time 3nodding

Well, awesome tip, get your parents to do it. I just got a um... er... yeah a pattern and some tie dye material from spotlight and mum sowed it for me! I mean, sewed. Yeah. The easy way out, hehe.

I am sewing a skirt right now.It's long, and flowy, and red, with flowers.I like it!Alll I have to say is sew what you like, but make sure it will last.

I sewed some of my clothes, my mother helped me with it it's great!
What i also like is "pepping" my clothes up in some way, that's great fun and not so complicated, just be creative with beads, etc.. lol
