My grandma told me this one, so if it sounds far fetched, forgive me.
It pretty much starts with a guy that works at a toll bridge. He doesn't do his job right, though. When people come up to it he makes them pay more than needed. Finally people start making comments and calling the guy's boss, but he won't do anything about it, and they have to go this way because it's the only road that goes to where they need. So a few days later a woman and a man drive up to the guy's little booth that he's in, asking him to come out. He walks out and the two start beating him with a... bat I believe. Anyway, they kill him and throw him over the bridge. He's found the next day.
About a week after this, the same couple is driving to the bridge. When they get there, there's no one in the booth. Before they can drive off, though, somethig smashes the window in and they're killed. Grandma says they got knocked in the head. Hard. When they're found, they're over the side of the bridge, with their car still on the road, and the polica can't find any money on them.
So...
Yeah, that's it.
