Tis a movie about how some lepers [people with skin diseases] were wanting to move near a Canadian costal village. The village was pretending to help them, but in the end wanted some of their nice stuff and then burnt the ship and everyone on it. Now they are coming back (for the stolen stuff was disturbed in the water) in a fog and killing many many people. Brutally. Like, there is one woman who is killed by hydrocholoric acid and it's just weird.
But the ending kinda of sucks.
Have you seen it?

No, but I bet the city was in Newfoundland. They call St. John's (the capital) Fog City. and they call Newfoundland the Rock.

I know another movie that someone was killed with acid.... ummm.... 10,000 maniacs...... yeah its about redneck cannibal ghosts....awesome
